Outstanding! I didn't have to wait to schedule an appointment for a quote. John was 100% courteous and professional. Made it crystal clear exactly what they do and what would cost extra. He was actually able to schedule the move 1 week from the date of the quote! I received a friendly reminder call the night before the move to confirm. The day of the move the crew arrived on time. They were quick, friendly, polite, and respectful of my property. They also work quietly. No loud music, yelling, or foul language. A+

Spoke with "owner" who neglected to inform of the base $500 charge for "traveling", on top of the hourly charge. Movers arrived and wanted to "make sure" we were aware of the charge. odd they felt the need to "make sure" of such information. When speaking to the owner after the fact, said it was because i didnt get an "in person quote" and that everyone knows of this charge and it is standard/common knowledge.
Poor business to assume people know how you run your business and your standard charges. Movers were efficient and did their job, but blasting music the entire time, forgetting they are still in someone else home. Would not use again due to shady costs and not being up front.

Alan, Sean and Mike were amazing! I was nervous looking for a mover for my older grandparents who are unable to move these larger items but I am so glad we found quality movers! We moved during a little bit of a tropical storm, the guys were amazing wrapping everything up so it did not get wet. They were extremely easy to work with and even assisted my grandparents during the destination drop off! I could not recommend this company more! Anytime we have to move I will be calling them

Pretty disappointed on how our move went, appraiser severely underestimated our property for an out of state move which in turn caused us to leave about 40-50 boxes in storage. The quote we received to bring the remaining items was way high for a mistake on their end. We now have the extra expense of flying to our home state and renting a uhaul truck to bring our remaining items to our new home. The movers themselves were great, polite, on time and friendly.

Bill first moved me in 1996, then again in 1997. In 2002 they moved my parents into storage and then to their new house. in 2004, they moved me from my condo into a townhouse. In 2009, they moved my fiance into storage. In 2010, they moved us into our home. It was a two weekend job as we were moving out of a large storage unit and townhouse into a house.
In 2011, I was home after shoulder surgery and realized the reason why the house "wasn't working" was because the furniture was all in the wrong place for how we used the house. So I called again and explained that I really didn't need the truck, I needed the guys. So they came and moved all the furniture for me. In the meantime I have recommended them to numerous family members, co workers and "former" neighbors.
I have never had one complaint. The first time Bill moved me, he was also delivering for Stern's (what a great store. I miss them.;-/). He said he would be there at 8AM. Right on time, he was walking up the steps. Every time they have moved me, they have been right on time. So what is this now? 8 times? that is just me and my immediate family. That is pretty amazing!
Bill and Quality Moving run a professional, punctual and solid operation. I was going to say quality operation, but that seemed silly. No, I am not family, but I have always been impressed with his team - through the years.

Quality Moving Inc. moved my 900 square foot apartment today from Toms River New Jersey to a storage facility in Limerick Pennsylvania. They arrived on time. They stuck to the quoted price of $1500. They were very professional. They didn't break anything. Al and his crew were a bunch of really cool guys. I would highly recommend this company as trustworthy, reliable and respectable movers.
