Opened in 2019, our Trent Center & Freedom Center offers generous 40' wide concrete drive aisles that can accommodate 53' tractor trailers with ease! This facility contains mostly climate-controlled units, but we have many non-climate to offer as well. We have a wide selection of over-sized units, up to 15'x30' in size. All units of at least 15' depth have interior lighting and duplex receptacles.

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours. You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
Start by gathering as many boxes as you think you will need as well as tape, markers, and packing material (e.g., foam shipping noodles, bubble wrap, packing paper or towels). Make up an inventory list of your items and keep it in a safe place (at home or in a safe deposit box) away from the unit. Be sure your boxes are strong enough to hold 25-30 pounds (although we suggest not putting too much in each box).
This size unit yields 25 square feet of space. Although these 5x5 units are small, they are an excellent size to store all of your extra items, like garden tools, seasonal items, office supplies, or your miscellaneous boxes. This size unit yields a total of 50 square feet of space, perfect for storing an entire bedroom or office.

We were recommended to go to United by the customer service person at the Reserve at Genburnie apartments. We were greeted by Angela. She was so nice she had us set up with a storage garage in 20 minutes. I used the bathroom and it was very clean. The climate controlled storage was spotless also. I highly recommend this place.

Not impressed. My roommate and I were looking for a small unit, spoke to a lady on the phone, was told a unit in our size range was available. We locked it down, and were told to call back in 5 minutes. When we called back, were told the unit is no longer available. First it burns down, and frankly I was hesitant to even try them, but roommate talked me into it.
Between the fire and being told 4 min after confirming a unit it is gone, I am done, will not be back. No need United to call when a unit is available, the trust is gone, never to return. Thanks for wasting our time.
