Bought a storage unit online. Manager was friendly and would love to buy another unit online from this establishment

Very nice place, everyone so nice and professional. I have been there for a good while now and have never had a problem. Mr. Rod is the man! Great place for storage.nice and clean.

Man returned my call with quote. Orginally spoke to my brother and did not sound professional. He did give me quote but refused to give me his name. Stated in a hateful manner " you'll see IF you get here" assuming I wasn't coming. He said he was the only one there. NO customer service skills and was almost argumentative and he hung up. I would rather pay hundreds for better service and can only imagine the service i would have received.

Great staff. Has a variety of spaces to accommodate every storage need. Great location.

Went in today to rent a unit and was so impressed with the manager and the facility! The whole process was so easy! The unit was clean and in good condition, the office was as well! The manager was extremely helpful, funny, and overall a very genuine guy. Highly recommend anyone needing a storage unit!

Very friendly staff! Clean buildings with security systems and management on site. There is always a loading cart by the door which is very useful.

This storage place is well priced and has available units. The young man, Rod, that helped us was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful in figuring what unit was needed. The units are clean, although they aren't climate controlled, which is important in storing some items. Thank you, Rod, you're an asset to A1!

Not much needs to be said. The place is clean, pretty easy to access, and the prices are very fair. I deducted 1 star because there is supposed to be a secure gate but it's under maintenance right now, which does make me a little uneasy, hopefully they won't take too long to fix it. *UPDATE* the gate is replaced and works perfectly! 5 stars!
