The place is clean, well cared for. Security cameras and lighting. The owner Jason will always get back to you in a timely manner. Rates are good. And Jason is willing to work with you. Never any issues day or night. One can access their unit 24 hours a day. Seven days a week. No issues with flooding like some places. No water issues at all. Buildings are all marked, easy to read. *Safe and secure storage facility, with a helpful owner. He will give you an honest answer about size of unit. Won't try talking you into something you don't need. If you don't have locks, he has them for sale as well.

Was in a pinch to find a reasonably sized storage unit at the end of May. after googling, i came across WRSS and immediately contacted Jason. he was extremely kind and personable! luckily, he had the exact size unit I needed. upon moving my belongings in, the unit was very clean and maintained! the past 3 months I have not had any issues. I appreciate the fact that the units are accessible 24/7. WRSS is easy to find and very affordable. Also, Jason always got back to me in a timely manner and he is professional. would definitely utilize a unit there again and refer!

I needed a small storage space for short term use as I acquired some of my late parents' furniture. Jason at West Ridge Self Storage was very helpful and accomodating from the moment I inquired. Jason is prompt and very professional in maintaining a storage unit that is safe, clean, and well-kept. If ever there comes a time where we need storage space again, I will absolutely use West Ridge Self Storage.

My wife and I were in a pinch moving out of our old house on short notice and Jason was able to help us with 2 large units! He was also kind enough to call when he noticed we accidentally left one unit unlocked. Great location/owners and service! Plenty of room to maneuver a yuuuuge rental truck in and out!
