Pine Ridge Barns, Inc. opened its doors in 2000 by Ed Timmons Sr. He and his family lived in this are for more than 100 years. It was the family's intent to offer high quality storage sheds, gazebos, and outdoor furniture to family, friends, neighbors, and new comers to our home on the Delmarva Peninsula. Our search led us to Lancaster County PA where we partnered with the Amish craftsman of that area.
This has been a huge success, as we not only have the highest quality products available, but we have created strong business and personal relationships with a group of honest, hard working people.

We originally went looking for a shed at a competitor about 20 minutes south in Bishopville. After looking at their prices and receiving no customer service, we decided to look elsewhere, and ended up at Pine Ridge Barns. I'd recommend this place not only for having what I believe to be the most competitive shed pricing in the area, but also for their excellent customer service, and timeliness.
That's not to mention the quality of their sheds which is 5 stars itself. they're built by the Amish. need I say more? We ordered a 12'x16' shed from Pine Ridge Barns and were very pleased with every aspect of dealing with them. Our shed was custom ordered, and with their large selection of colors, trim, roof type/color, etc, it was easy to match our house.
Once they received our shed at their facility next to Sussex Lumber I was called to come and inspect it. These sheds are very well built, and I didn't find any issues. Delivery was scheduled for a week later and they were here at the date and time they said they would be. The delivery crew was amazing to say the least. I doubt my delivery was considered anywhere near difficult to them, but it seemed like it would be somewhat challenging to me.
The driver backed the truck and trailer down my driveway, executing the turns like they weren't even there. First shot, and he was perfectly lined up to drop the shed in place. It was truly impressive to watch even though it happened so fast. Once they dropped the shed off the trailer, they put blocks underneath, then used shims to level it off. I think they might have been here 30 minutes tops.
Then about 30 minutes after they left I received a follow up phone call from the office making sure all was well and that I was happy. They also said if at any time in the future I have any problems with the shed or it becomes uneven or needs to be leveled again to just call and they would come out. It's nice to know they're there to support you even after they got their money. I couldn't be happier with Pine Ridge Barns. thanks guys, a job well done, and another happy customer!

Terrible experience. We went to the location and was helped by Tim. Great guy. Walked us around and we found a shed that would be perfect for our needs. He said it had to be ordered and that we had time cause the wait was 8 to 10 weeks. We told him we would come back in 3 days to purchase and pay in full. He provided us with a booklet with a picture of the shed we chose and a price sheet which we discussed.
We went back exactly 3 days later. Tim was not there. The owner was there We handed him the information that was given to us by Tim. Right off the bat. Rudeness. And over talking us. He then looked at the sheet and said the prices changed. The sheet you have is old. I said we were here just 3 days ago and Tim even signed the sheet and circled our shed.
He tried telling us, in 3 days the price of our shed went up $1,000. I said this isn't right. He saw we were about to walk. And he said I will match the price time gave you. Since you came back. I said ok. He said our shed would have to be ordered and now they are backed up 10 - 13 weeks. So I asked what do you have on the lot ready to go. I explained to him clearly we wanted a white shed to match our house.
After walking around on my hurt leg cause I'm temporarily disabled, for 25 minutes. He shows us the only shed available on his lot which was too small and brown. I was so fraustrated. And said let's go inside to order the shed. As we are walking up to the office he said your shed will be the updated price since I have to order it. I said you said you would honor our price.
He said only if I had it in stock. I said you knew it wasn't in stock you told me that in the beginning. He said well I can take $100 off. I said this is horrible. He then looked at me and said I rather you take your business else where. I was so shocked of this treatment. Well guess what we did just that and went else where. He loss $3,500 today cause of his rudeness and lies. Would never step foot there again and would t recommend him to no one.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From start to finish this was a class act! They helped me design my new shed and when I went to inspect it, there were NO mistakes. It was built to my specs exactly! The delivery guys were amazing, placing the shed right where I wanted it, leveling it up perfectly, and proudly handing me the keys. They told me 4-5 weeks until it was here and that's the way the timeline came through.

I love my new shed i purchased from this business! The staff was so friendly and helped us decide on the perfect shed. They even had the exact color to match our house and roof. They have so many options and colors to choose from. The sheds are very well made. They delivered the shed quick to us. I would recommend this company to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

A perfect professional talented group of people! My contact with them involved the move of my existing 8x12 unit to a new location. the place it had to get out of.was difficult to begin with their skill and equipment made it look easy.although I thought it was impossible the new location had its issues as well. that's when I saw the full capability of this amazing team!
