Highly recommend. This was my first time ever to use a professional moving company. I try many, but I found this one! I knew that I will definitely use them. From my first email requesting for a quote to a survey video call. From the wonderful and professional Crew loading up the truck to loading off. There was not a second I was worried about anything. To whoever who want to move stress-free, Thomas Transfert & Storage Co is the best way to go. I would give them 10 !

Alyssa was awesome explaining and including me in the entire move in process! I was impressed with the hard work of all the employees including Alyssa, Jake, Bryan, Chris, Ron, and Cauy! Each person was respectful of my belongings and was extremely careful with my walls and flooring when they brought everything into the house. They each went out of their way to ask where each belonging went. Their positive attitude was appreciated on a stressful day! I highly recommend this crew! Thank you!

This crew did an awesome job. Howard and Alyssa were incredible during the loading/moving/unloading process. They were fun to work with, professional, and efficient. Everything was moved with care, no broken items, and they got everything done much faster than I had expected (went from Kansas to Oklahoma). Would definitely recommend and use again In the future.

I paid for packing and moving and the movers were great. The packing was terrible. They packed things we asked them not to and they didn't pack things we asked them to pack. We had to finish packing for them because they just said they were done and left. For a company who charges what they do they should have a better value instilled into their workers. I will not recommend this company again.

Worst customer service ever. Extremely rude when trying to coordinate schedules to allow for a timely delivery. September 10, 2021 Secured someone to be available during the "only" window they had available. They failed to deliver during that time. Was told that it would be delivered after 5 pm and I would get my merchandise as promised today. It's now 9 pm with absolutely no contact.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use this company for any of your moving/transferring/storage needs. I have no choice since they are a 3rd party vendor delivering my item.

Jose, was the lead, and after moving 12 times in the last 20 years I can honestly say this was the best move experience. Jose was on time, organized, professional, and took better care of our furniture and possessions than we would have. Furniture was wrapped in moving blankets to ensure no damage was done (without asking). Boxes were packed with ample padding, labeled with every item inside. Furthermore Jose led the team to pack everything in a day, and then loaded everything the next day. I wish every move could be the same experience.

Moving family out of state and we were in a crunch. Thomas transfer got it done and faster than anticipated, these guys worked fast and did a great job packing all the items carefully. I recently used Thompson Transfer & Storage to move my mom's belongings from her condo in Emporia to a storage unit in Wichita. We had great service from everyone involved - from Jarid, who visited the condo and provided an estimate, to the office staff, to Russell and Logan, who loaded everything and moved it to Wichita. In the process of working with them, we came to the realization that they were the company that had moved some of her belongings from Emporia to Wichita a couple of years ago.
She had commented after the first move that the movers had taken great care of her. So, this kind of counts as two positive reviews. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Thomas Transfer & Storage again if we need moving services. I highly recommend them!
