Excellent storage, pricing, folks, ease of sign-up and move-in/out. It is even easy to get on the interstate, when leaving. Super experience! Highly recommend!

I love Alpine Storage so far! It was super easy to apply for a storage unit and they had amazing customer service. I feel very comfortable with leaving my belongings there and it is super easy to access your storage unit whenever you need!

The staff is courteous and very enthusiastic lots of help they were awesome to work with the facility itself is amazing The prices aren't too high The grounds are clean and the units themselves are in good condition I don't know how much more you can ask for on a storage unit

As a result from a horrible, traumatic set of events. Victims advocate offered too help out by paying for a storage unit of our choice. After meeting with Alpine I was told it would be taken care of for something like 6 months. My most sentimental item's, photo albums ext. along with important documents, Birth cirtificate ext.there was confusion & misunderstanding of the particulars of payment I was locked out & everything important and irreplaceable to me was actioned off with refusal to help or let me have any personal effects back!

I'm so distraught, angry, in disbelieve they can be so Cold, unhelpful, uncaring & legally damage someone's life so bad and get it away with it! This is the last place to take anything you care about or valuable! They were supposed too help me by taking one less worry from me and keeping my things safe, instead I lost everything that ment anything too me

Alpine Storage was conveniently located, and they had great options to choose from. Arissa (sp? sorry) was very kind and helpful in getting our unit setup quickly and without a hitch. With the security systems, I felt comfortable securing my belongings there. I would recommend this storage facility to future buyers and friends.

Great pricing and really big units. But when I was a month behind the staff wouldn't let us back in until we had paid the rent for 3 months. Putting us 1 month in advance payment. They need just to be more knowledgeable and customer oriented. Hence the 4/5 !

Highly Recommend Alpine Storage, the ladies in the front are always so helpful with any questions or concerns. Especially Arysa she is always willing to go above and beyond with anything I may need.

After a long search and disappointing experiences i finally found the best. Alpoine staff has gone above and beyond working with me to getting the right timming and unit ive needed. They were understanding of my schedule and really went abive any other ive dealt with. There units are large, cinderblock divided and secure. Much better than the ovens with galanized thin metal with.

Easy thief's attraction but solid, well maintained units. Highly recommended and nearly a pro renter bet deal, best staff, best units. Thanks Aryssa and all the staff at Alpine slc

Reading some of the reviews, I can't help but to think, "you can't make everybody happy" those complaints might be true but if you told the employees then, they would have taken care of it. The very few problems I had was taken care of with a smile. Price? Look around. I couldnt imagine how hard and expensive it would be to maintain a facility that large. That place is spotless. The poor owner trying to answer all these reviews from an unforgivingly public. Keep up the good work Alpine.

I recently moved to my unit at Alpine from Roy storage. What a difference in the staff at alpine. The office personnel are a breath of fresh air. And compared to Roy storage they're a dream team. I was at my shed tonight and was having trouble with my latch and the gal from the office was driving by on her little cart. She stopped and helped me get the door opened and was able to adjust it so when I left tonight it was a breeze. She also showed me just how to latch it. She was very nice and helpful. Please tell her thank you again for me.

I moved in in August. Now it is January. In the time since I've moved I have not received consistent reciepts, my rate has gone up without notification, and now as I attempt to move out they are trying to strongarm me for costs incurred by their inability to return phone calls. Yesterday I got a concerned call from someone in the office seeking to resolve the issue, but today I had another girl insist that none who knows anything would have called me besides her. I would avoid this like a plague!

Mice! Little did I know (until last week), mice have been destroying my belongings here. "Pissed off" would be an understatement of how I'm feeling. A bunch of my stuff has been eaten and completely ruined beyond repair. Removing my stuff within the next 2 months and probably won't even know the velocity of damage until I go through each box. So upset!

I needed a storage unit immediately in an emergency situation and called several places in SLC. Alpine was the most helpful, understanding and flexible place I found. After being told various bizarre things by other places (I had a few of my boyfriend's things and one place told me not to store them because out relationship would eventually fall apart.

I don't know how she thought she could predict that based on a 30 second conversation?). Mariah at Alpine was calm, informative, told me we could get everything worked out the same day and even offered to stay late or come back if I needed her. She was a much needed stable force in a very chaotic time and having that support took so much stress off of me. She was amazing during the contract process and offered follow-up support. I would tell everyone to go here!

This place is a joke they claim they have surveillance, ,t hey have someone who lives on site and yet my unit was broken into, they acted like it was no big deal! And I believe this was an inside job! I had to buy another lock from them to put on my unit and I still have to pay my storage fee on my unit! I wouldn't trust this place with my garbage cans!

Be careful this place is known for break ins, There is not much you can do about it either because of their policies.

LEAKING ROOF DESTROYED MY STORED PROPERTY! I have photo and video documentation of water pouring out of my stored boxes, and my unit was in all hallway, with no possibility of water entering from under the door. There was never any acknowledgment or assistance by management or owners from any of my multiple messages about the leaking roof resulting in water damage to my stored items.

I found out that they had replaced the roof several months before, but I was never contacted as to why there was a need to do so. No response by AA Alpine from the Better Business Bureau contact. I paid in full every month, yet even after I left and completed all appropriate forms, AA Alpine Storage sent me a bill the next month with a late fee! Atrocious facility and customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.
