I have been requesting medical records for years, it has never been easy, but since COVID-19 hit, it is damn near impossible! Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Chuck! I submitted my request this morning and just got my link with my records! 1 day turnaround, unbelievable and such a pleasure to deal with. I wish they were the custodians of everyone's medical records. I highly recommend them and hope I have the pleasure of needing them again.

I needed to get a lot of paper and documents shredded so I googled and found The File Deport. I called and spoke with Jerry and he was GREAT to work with and was very accommodating.
