I have had climate controlled units at Anchor Lake Wylie Self Storage for almost two and a half years. I can't say enough good things about this business. The staff, especially Yvette and Alan, are friendly, helpful, and responsive to any minor issue that has come up. The temperature in my building has been cool in the summer and warm enough in the winter.

The grounds are maintained and hallways are kept clean and deodorized. I've never seen a live insect in either of the two buildings I have occupied. I appreciate email reminders when rent comes due and a user friendly website to pay my bill. Anchor Storage has been a good choice for me!
