Southfork Ranch Storage

There is not an option for 0 stars.so I gave them 1. My wife rented a storage unit here less than 1 month ago. We arrived to drop off more stuff and found our unit filled with a half inch of water! A lot of things were ruined. The manager walked us to 3 more buildings to check for another empty unit. Every single door we opened was soaked. Giant puddles on the floor.

The owner, Dennis Martin, stepped in and literally texted me that he has an engineering problem with the buildings and that they are all built the same. His idea of remedying the problem was to tell us to read our contract and then have our attorneys call him. He does not stand by his word as a human, let alone a man. He tried goading me into an argument on 3 separate occasions.

I would not take the bait. We say, if you want reliable storage in Durango, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OR ABC STORAGE! HE OWNS THEM BOTH AND IS A LIAR ONLY CONCERNED WITH HIS MONEY. NOT THE PEOPLE PAYING IT TO HIM. BOYCOTT ANYTHING THIS FAMILY IS INVOLVED WITH.

Good location for us. These storage units are not completely sealed so they are prone to accumulating dust. be sure all your sensitive items are well-covered. Not climate controlled.

Parked a pop-up camper outside here for half a year or so. Friendly staff. Easy access. A little pricey but so is everything around Durango.

SF Storage was nothing special. Everything worked fine, which is what you would expect. It is very expensive, and they have increased rental cost twice in the last couple of years. Not much value for the cost. I now rent the same size unit about 30 minutes away for less than half of SF's price.

Clean and secure place to sore your stuff it's not really in southfork!

Convienent and easy access. Great prices compared to their competitors. Friendly and professional.

We went to this place from Montana.the people were friendly & everything was great.u- haul did us well.,t he only thing about this place is that it's location isn't very good & with all the projects everyone was doing there it was cramped & dirty

Great place, friendly owners, clean storage units. Can't ask for anything better!
