Rented for three years. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Never had any issues getting in or out of the facility. Item was always secure and found just the way I left it. Highly recommend.

I rented two units in the heated storage building. I had a fantastic experience. My furniture emerged from storage in perfect condition. When I visited the units, the hallways were always clean. Also, before I rented, the owner explained in detail the terms of the contract. And, as far as I know, he is at the storage facility during ordinary business hours, so, if you have a question, he can answer it.

Clean place, pretty hassle free although a touch pricey.had a small unit for about 6 months, no problems with the unit, I didn't get my deposit back because I didn't give a 10 day leaving notice which is a bit strange considering 10 days isn't that big of a window for anything anyway but I wasn't going to argue over 25$ pretty good experience all in all.

I compromised my values because I was new to the area and decided to take a leap of faith with this new location. BE WARNED! Leave your personal feelings and 'not in your control' life conflicts out of your decision to rent from them. "A contract is a contract and there are no exceptions!" This TRUCULENT and SUPERCILIOUS owner does not care about you; only the money. Plain and simple. You've been warned.
