No problems with my 2-year stay and it was a pleasure doing business with Julia. Great, flexible service. None of the corporate nonsense of the big, impersonal storage places that are anything but "EZ" or "Smart." There are still good old-fashioned, service-oriented, human-run institutions on the planet. I have rented here multiple times and had a great experience. Clean units at a good price. The best part is the friendly staff. I haven't even rented yet but based on the helpful rep who answered my call, gave me prices of her location and another of their locations, as well as tried to trouble shoot for the best option in my situation this place deserves 5 stars for Customer Service!
