Apartments and small moves - Provide list of furniture and approximate box count (10,20,30,e tc) via phone or email for a quote. Be sure to notify us of any difficult access such as long walks, stairs, elevators, etc so that we are able to give you our best suggestion and price. Large condos and houses - Schedule a walk-through of home so that someone from Casey Movers can put together a list and approximate box count for you in writing for a quote.Walk-throughs generally are scheduled Monday through Friday as well as Saturdays 8am to 6pm.

Owner of this business failed to: (1) acknowledge and apologize for damages to my personal property caused by one of her moving crews; and (2) Failed to offer a viable solution to repair the damage. Damage to my personal property was caused by one of her work crews who moved their clients from MA to Myrtle Beach, SC ON 3/31/22. Once the damage was done the crew of 3 able bodied men, who could have repaired the damage, fled the scene without informing me what had happened. Luckily, one of my neighbors witnessed the whole incident and informed me upon my returning home. Casey Movers was contacted initially by phone on 3/31/22.
During this call I was advised to email pics of the damage.which was done. Casey Movers was phoned on 4/1/22 to confirm their receipt of the email. Ellen shared that the owner received my email but had been ill with the flu all week but someone definitely would reach out to me on 4/4/22. As of 4/5/22 I have received no call. It appears Casey Movers does not intend to arrange to have the damage repaired so I will move forward to have it repaired at my own expense. Beware.

On 8/12 they helped me move from MA to RI. They went above and beyond my expectations! They were fast and efficient, they even helped take apart my two bed frames and put the covers on my mattresses. I would blink and a whole room was cleared! They were very attentive when dropping my items off and in the rooms I wanted them to be in. They set up both beds as quickly as the took them down! They were well worth the money!

I have used Casey Movers twice in the last 4 months. Once to move out of my home into a temporary location, and next from the temp location to my new home. Both moves went as smooth as can be and both moving crews were responsive, respectful of my property, but most importantly honest. Would recommend and use again myself.

We are Seniors and were taken advantage of by Casey Movers. They pulled a Bait and Switch! Their prices were twice what they originally quoted. We felt we were being taken advantage of and experienced age discrimination! We were NOT happy with the way we were being treated and tried to cancel and the women told us that we were not getting our deposit back and SHE actually said "she did NOT care if we gave a bad review" The owners of this company should RETHINK the people the have representing them! CONSUMER BEWARE!

Best moving experience!.and I have moved a lot! Casey and his team were the utmost professionals from day 1 with a virtual walkthrough through the moving day itself. They showed up not only on time but a few minutes early, did a thorough walk through and got right to work. They were able to move a 4 bedroom home quickly and efficiently without any issues.
They even moved appliances which is no easy task. All of that and they came in under budget which was icing on the cake! We will recommend Casey to everyone we know, and even to those we don't!

Casey Movers are real Pros! Very courteous staff, and the actual movers are very professional, efficient, and polite. They will move your stuff with so much care. And they are punctual and neat. My movers were just exceptional and my dealings with the office was very impressive. The company made move so painless. I recommend them strongly and would use them again in a heart beat!
