This is the absolute worse place to do business. Very unprofessional, On the day before my rental (I reserved 3 weeks in advance) after receiving a confirmation from them earlier in the week they call the day before to let me know that i could only rent one of their trucks at.89 a mile vs the unlimited mileage plan i had a confirmed reservation for saying they no longer had my original rental available and that was my only option. they called the day before the rental to inform me of this.

They are an authorized dealer for Budget, Budget also guaranteed my rate and assured me they would honor contract but then said dealer gave an alternative which would cost me an additional $592 on top of rental fee. After reading other reviews (after the fact of course) found out it seems like these deceptive acts are part of their business model. avoid the headache and stay clear

Great mini storage on a budget. Units are basic with outside accessibility via coded gate. When it rains there is standing water in some spots so wear waterproof boots. Staff is friendly and haven't had any problems. Local tip: if they have lots of available units in winter the price may drop. Check online for the best deals at that time. Once you start at the lower price you are locked in at that cheaper price until you end your rental term.

DO NOT USE ISSAQUAH MINI STORAGE! Although the location is very convenient and on a main road, there are frequent break ins that resulted in our recreational vehicles being both stolen and vandalized ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS! If you wish to never see something again store it at Issaquah Mini Storage on East Lake Sam Pkwy. 0/5 would NOT recommend.

Great beginning rate, not heated storage. What I love is even if the power in the area does go out, they can still allow you access manually. Was able to get all my snow gear no problem! Like I said, great rates, great customer service when I do go into the office, and great security system.

Been there twice both 0 star experiences. First time spent about 90 bucks in boxes the lady at the counter was unhelpful with he explanations and was not providing me with full attention, there was no help in taking my bought goods to store. I was not asked for id when I paid. Second time I was served by Erin, who insisted on seeing my id for credit card purchase I called him out on this being inconsistent practice and no other store asks for id. He said it was the rule and did not allow me to purchase with out the id. Equally unhelpful.

Called them to use a special advertised on their website (receive August's rent FREE when you pay September's rent at move-in on any of our storage units). First they told me they only had one left of the size I wanted. Then they told me the size storage unit I wanted was not included in the special. Classic false advertising/bait and switch gambit. Not a company I want to do business with. Let the buyer beware.

I went to turn around and this gentleman's establishment. The gentleman came out and stood in front of my vehicle and asked me if I was going inside of his establishment I said no I'm just turning around. He said this is a private establishment and that I was trespassing and I asked him what if he was security for the parking lot or what and he then told me that I wasn't allowed to be turning around and on his private property and locked me inside his business by shutting his Gates and told me he was going to tow my truck.

He refused to let me leave and stood in front of my vehicle I got out of the vehicle Open his gate and tried to pull out as he tried to block me in front of my vehicle I told him that he cannot lock me in his facility that that is holding me hostage or kidnapping. And that I was leaving he refused to let me leave by trying to block my vehicle but he moved when I refused to be held against my will n bullied.

Mind you I git a Big Gmc. I'm still completely confused about this guy is pugnacious nature I don't know who the hell he thinks he is. He doesn't have very good reviews on his business website I notice to as well. I see why. Yes I reported him to police while he was trying to get a type truck willing to tow a vehicle for no reason that was occupied. I do have it on my go pro cam to. I have never!

When we moved to the area in 2007 I rented a truck without any issues. All went well. Then in 2012 we started using one of their storage buildings. All has gone well. It's a local business, with local folks, doing a good job.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. TOTAL crooks and liars. I just moved here and needed to rent a truck. I chose Issaq Mini Storage to rent a 12 foot truck to transport some belongings into storage unit as their price per day and charge per mile was reasonable and less than other bigger companies such as U-Haul or Budget.upon renting the vehicle I was informed that the truck needed to be retuned with the fuel gauge on full otherwise a service fee of $15.00 plus gas would be charged back to me.

I fueled up the truck as my service contract stated and the gauge read WELL ABOVE the full line. HOWEVER despite doing this (took pictures of the mileage and fuel indicator) I was charged the $15.00 service fee plus gas. Upon inquiry as to why I was charged wrongfully, I was told that when I took possession the fuel gauge was above F and that I failed replace enough gas.

As my picture proves, I did replace all of the fuel and then some, but despite this, the manager refused to provide me with a refund. The wrongful charge doubled my bill, in fact exceeded the cost of the daily truck rental. BEWARE, DO NOT RENT A TRUCK FROM ISSAQUAH MINI STORAGE. And BTW their storage rental fees are well above their competitors in the area-shop around. So much for supporting local business; not a very kind welcome to the area.
