Great facility and fantastic customer service! Sheryl went above and beyond to make the process to use this space very easy for our realestate ventures. I highly recommend the Burnett Center.

Superior storage. The only storage facility that my company uses that has coded entry gate AND keypad alarmed entry! Honestly your stuff is probably safer here than in your local bank no joke. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Excellent management.

Good dry units, but are now charging way too much and are even forcing us to get insurance. They have become too greedy are are taking advantage of a shortage in the area. Will be finding another place soon.

I've had a unit here for a lot longer than I'd like to say. Even before the current owner took over the property. Their choice in manager was perfect. Cheryl is so wonderful!

Burnett Center Storage Words can not express how I feel about this place I've been here for 8 years now have my things in an 8x10 storage unit just recently had to get another storage due to my accident just this month 12/2019 which I had to move asap as I worked on a ranch caring for horses and the owner needed me to vacate my apartment on ranch asap.

All worked out as my girl at the office whom ive known for years the manager helped me secure a spot right away because of my serious accident I broke my back ni is I needed to have another storage spot. Its very clean video cameras and gate access with remote if you choose to have it I recommend it 100 percent. Paved clean bathroom access during office hours what more can you ask for second to none out of all the storage lockers around it's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for I I'll pay that price 24/7

Sheryl and Elaine are my Angel's we recently moved 2300 miles and without the Staff and their support this would have turn out much differently, we can't say enough about their professional and kindness, and all that Burnett Center Storage has done for us. My husband and I have been customers of Burnett Center Storage since March, 2009. We rent 3 storage units, and have always received flawless, professional, clean storage from Burnett Center. In 2010 we moved from the Lacey area to a new home one hour's drive away from Yelm. After looking at other storage facilities closer to our new home, we decided to stay with Burnett.

Its many unusual 24-7 security and alarm features give us the peace of mind that we could not find elsewhere. Sheryl Morley, the manager, also keeps a watchful eye on the Center. She is professional, friendly, and aware of any potential problems. We could not be more pleased with the service we have and are receiving from Burnett Center Storage.

Sheryl is an extremely professional and friendly manager. She goes above and beyond what is expected to help out customers. She is the kind of manager that builds relationships with her clientele and she looks out for their best interests. On top of it, she keeps the facility spotless! Thanks for being awesome!

Although they have raised the rates, over the years. It's still relatively affordable for the quality of security available! I wish they'd allow patrons to use the dumpster, for removal of unwanted items. But, meh. That's a fairly small gripe! I like the remote control entry, and the ease of access. I have found the staff to be hit or miss, but really have had no memorable problems.

The turning radius is a bit sharp, in the full size uhaul. Between gutters you've got less then 2 ft of clearance. So you take a deep breath, pucker up, taker easy, and hopefully use a spotter or be capable with those mirrors! You can see where others have failed lol with obvious dents in them periodically!
