While I love this place I can only give it 4 start because there never any staff there when we go we go at different times of day and there is never anyone there to answer questions and when they call they do not leave voice mails

Staff seams friendly enough. As seen in previous review they do not hold to their posted business hours. This is not a good business practice. Try calling multiple times on Friday and did not get any response. Drove there on Saturday and was told "I closed early yesterday." In response to the owners reply. Posted business hours are until 5pm Friday.

Not 4pm. This is an honest review of my interactions with the company. I attempted to call multiple times Friday afternoon before 5pm. I did not leave a message because I kept attempting to reach someone. I do not rent from this company. I have no intention of ever renting from a company that is not open during THEIR POSTED BUSINESS HOURS. no matter the instance that requires someone to contact your company you should expect an honest review.

I am being totally honest when I say you were not open during your business hours. Maybe if you want Friday afternoon off you should change your hours. And yes it was an instance of wrong number. This company tried contacting my friend to collect on a past due balance. My friend doesn't rent from them. They called my friend and even had her first name correct and did not offer a last name in the voicemail.

My freind was distraught over the situation and required answers that were unobtainable because they were not open during their normal business hours. A shady (at best) company to interact with.

This place was great. Tons of moving supplies, clean unit, authentically climate controlled, easy lease set up, and convenient location. I would definitely go back for my storage needs.

My husband has had a unit here since 2007-8 and we have never had a bad experience. We live out of state and every time we call with questions, Graham in the office is the best! The units are very secure, the building is in great condition and the amenities are great. We're very very happy with everything here and the service we receive is top notch. We couldn't be happier being out of state and knowing our belonging are secure! Thanks for all you do!

Always clean, well-maintained, with friendly staff and easy access; Lots of carts and dollies available for moving larger or multiple items; I used them for 3 years and was extremely satisfied as a customer.

We needed short term storage while we moved from one house to another. Premier Self Storage at Greenfield was clean, safe, and convenient. I'd use it again, and highly recommend it.

Dealing with Premier was a great experience. Graham always went out of his way to accommodate my/our needs especially when it involved receiving and storing shipments for my business. Great facility and plenty of moving equipment available.

After a good bit of research and price comparison I found Premier Self Storage to have the best deal. I loved how organized and friendly they were, nothing was ever a problem. Awesome staff and modern clean facility with moving equipment to your availability. Used it for almost 2 years and would recommend this to anyone who needs a storage unit.

From the moment you walk into the facility, you immediately know that this is the perfect place to store your valuable items. The staff will be glad to give you a tour of the facility. The building has the latest in security features, including access control. The entire facility is climate-controlled year-round. The staff are helpful in finding just the right size to fit your needs. Once you use this company, you will never want to store items anywhere else. Two Thumbs Up!

Did my research in finding a storage place. Was impressed with Premier's website and with the customer service when I called for further information. It is a huge building with many storage units and always in very pristine condition. And I felt my stuff was in a very safe place. Would recommend this place highly for anyone looking for a good storage place.
