Would not honor a agreement on monthly installments after sun past and fast sale on rental unbelievably would not give me my husband's ashes I recommend this to nobody

I rented a unit at the downtown mini storage and the traffic way storage (same people) and it was clean, safe and secure with the units in very good shape. But best of all their staff was amazing and very helpful both in finding the right size units for me and waiving some fees for me upon move out. Highly recommend.

I would gladly recommend Downtown Mini Storage to anyone! The staff is friendly and helpful. Initially I was looking for a short-term unit rental and when I needed my storage longer they were happy to help. My belongings were secure and the location is convenient in Atascadero. I know if I needed a storage unit again I would come back here.

I have used many Mini Storages and this is one of the nicest around. They have signing bonus first month FREE and such. Security is top natch. One of my favorite features is they give a courtesy call that your bill is due. For me this is a awesome feature.
