After months of traversing the swamp of unscrupulous shipping container scammers, I was blessed to find Tommy and the crew at TP Trailers. From the first email, to the delivery of my containers, I had nothing but courteous customer service from these folks. Their level of professionalism is seldom seen nowadays. in any field of business. I can't express what a relief it was to see that TP actually stocked the items that they were advertising for sale. It amazes me with how these people conduct business how they're still around. Some of the rudest, most unprofessional people we've ever encountered. Starting to tend to be the case when working with anyone from PA. Ye be warned. They won't reply to emails, return phone calls, and not of the products they say they have available on their website "are in stock." Good luck. I'll take my 100s of thousands of dollars worth of business elsewhere.

I needed some plow bushings, they had them listed on ebay, I was concerned about getting them shipped out in a timely manner.called and spoke with two amazing women, they had me all set, the order shipped out within minutes of confirmation.this place is awesome

I was only here for work purposes via my regular 9 to 5. I pretty much just dropped a truck off and then picked it up a week later. What I did notice is that the staff was friendly and taking great measures for safety and health due to Covid. They only allowed 1 person in at a time. The store was a nice size and had a huge selection of truck stuff. Yeah, stuff! It's like a autozone, on steroids, for trucks. Repairs and stuff! Check them out if you have a truck.and I'm talking a little old pickup truck either. Even though they would probably hdd as be some stuff for it!

I had a great experience at T.P. Trailers! Tom Sr. was very helpful. He helped me with a trailer rental. I reserved the wrong size trailer for my motorhome Tom got me the right size trailer for my motorhome he was very helpful.

Went to TP Trailer to demo the Switch n Go system after several truck dealerships were uneducated in the system. Rory Buckwalter spent most of the morning walking my family and I through the system as well as other available options. As a new business owner, new to the junk removal business, I wouldn't be as prepared to hit the ground running as I am today! Cant thank Rory and his team at TP Trailer enough for their service! These folks are incredibly helpful and honest. Trailer running lights stopped working on my camper. I bought a trailer hitch tester and found the fault was on my truck. Put truck in dealership shop to prepare it for my trip. Four hours later, after bringing in a retired master tech, dealership determined it was a bad ground and re-wired it. Went to my trailer and lights still don't work.

Next day I call T.P. Trailers and they say bring truck in. Three minutes and ninety five cents later I have a new fuse and my trailer lights work. Then the mechanic showed me what to do in case it happened again.
