Chris and Skyler showed up on time we're very professional courteous and a lot of fun to be around! We had to have them stay over for an extra 2 hours and they were more than willing to work with us. These guys did a lot of hard work and did it well. Moved an entire U-Haul truck and emptied out most of our second floor and did it fast professionally and organized. Definitely call these guys if you got to move. Thanks guys!

A+ White Glove moving at its best! Needed a heavy desk picked up and moved from a private residence to a business location. Gary was very accommodating and responsive when I reached out. He and his workers are extremely professional and skilled. Everything was extremely well covered, wrapped and handled with great care. It is very rare to find people that do what they say then deliver service above and beyond. Frank and Karina are first class people and they hire first class people. We had to cancel our move the day before closing due to our buyers not having their financing. Karina and Frank were amazingly very understanding, add to that they did not charge us a fee for cancellation.
They also stepped up and agreed to move us when we got our deal sorted out a few days later. They are the Best in Barrie! We have moved many times over the years. Karina, Frank and team made this the smoothest move we have every had. It may have even been fun. They showed up on time, the guys were pleasant they worked steady and safely. They wrapped furniture and loaded the furniture with care.

I originally scheduled my move to be only a few large things, as I was moving things to my storage on my own for a while. All that changed when I had to have surgery on my shoulder barring me from lifting heavy objects or moving my arm too much. The guys at AAA Instamove did the items I asked them to move and then some! They took everything that I'd packed, big or small, so I wouldn't have to lift a finger.
If that wasn't enough, they did it with kindness and compassion and a swiftness that I did not expect. I've had movers milk the clock before to make extra money, but not these guys! Professional and careful and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a mover for their prized possessions!

Horrible customer serivice by Stan. He called me in the morning to give me a quote on moving and then emailed me a quote for pick up storage as well. Since I have received so many quotes, I wanted to call him back and verify some information. I called him back and asked what the amount entailed and he said " didn't you see the quote, it's all there it can't be any easier than that"! Wow, I didn't know he was doing me a favor, what great service!
Why wouldn't I go with this company, moving is such a such a stress free process and he did such a great job in wanting to earn my business. Just imagine if something happened with your move and you had to speak with him about it. I am sure he is more than willing to help!

First time using movers and it was most definitely worth it. Moved from a one story single family 3 bedroom to a two story townhome. We were packed and ready with everything accessible in the garage and had disassembled the furniture to save time. The guys were amazing! I believe we had Arthur and Jeremiah. They had it done in two hours but were waiting on me to bring back my hubby and only charged us the additional 30 mins we needed. Very reasonably priced. They were careful with our items and got everything where it needed to go in the new place! Couldn't be happier.

Exceptional Service! I requested a quote from local movers on Move.com in the Kissimmee area. I researched all of the companies online. AAA Insta-Move has an A rating on BBB and has outstanding reviews online on several sites. Stan was very prompt and friendly in all emails and phone calls in dealing with quote and scheduling. Called the day before as promised to confirm. Movers, Joe and Lenny, were extremely personable and professional. Loaded, transported and unloaded in just under the two hour quoted time. They were even done with previous job so were an hour early then estimated start time! Took great care of our things and will definitely recommend them and use them again!

I would give 10 stars if I could! I used AAA Insta-Move this past weekend. They were efficient, honest and didn't try to give me the run around. I couldn't have been happier with the service! Moving is such a stress and you feel like you are throwing money away no matter what - so it was nice to work with honest, hardworking guys! They outline everything in advance in detail so there are no hidden charges. They start charging when they arrive at your house and end when they leave your new place. They take credit card on site which makes it quick and easy.
