Oh my goodness, I can't say enough good about Mini-West Storage. I give them 5 Stars times two! I needed to rent a U-Haul truck and a storage space on short notice, and Susan made it happen. Her customer service and professionalism was impeccable. She was thorough and so kind in explaining in detail about the facility, my responsibilities, and theirs as well.

The storage rates are reasonable and my assigned storage space, the whole facility for that matter, are so clean and very well kept. A pleasurable experience indeed. I highly recommend Mini-West Storage for anyone with storage needs.

We used this storage facility for about 4 months and had zero problems or complaints! The woman in the office was very nice and friendly. We occupied one of the large climate controlled units and were happy with everything! They were also the best on pricing. Would definitely recommend!

Reese is very helpful. She has great customer service. She doesn't talk you down or discourage you like the other lady I met the last time I went there. That lady also ended up helping me but her attitude and customer service skills need to be worked on. Reese helps from her heart. She is great. Reese treats everyone the same regardless of age, race or color. God bless you Reesee.
