Rhonda has 25 years as the Northwest Mini Storage Facilities Manager. Susan is our Manager and has many years of management experience. Our staff is available after hours to provide rental options and product knowledge, customer service & peace of mind - in your time. We provide excellent customer service to our tenants day or evening.
We recommend that you always store your goods with a member of the Texas Self Storage Association. Insurance is the responsibility of the customer. It is always a good idea to insure the goods you are intending to store. A Storage Insurance Brochure is included in your move in packet. Before you buy insurance from Tenant One, check with your own agent, because sometimes your homeowner's or renter's policy will cover you at no extra charge. Do not store hazardous or toxic materials OR flammable liquids or gases OR foods.
All auctions will take place online and we will post links to the auctions here. Appliance dolly, sword in case, Barbie Empress doll, guitar, Dewalt sander, 3 fishing rods, Hoover carpet cleaner, (Ryobi?) power washer, Black & Decker hand vac, large pot planter, statuette, boxes & miscellaneous items.

I was actually new to the area when I met Rhonda at Northwest Storage for the first time. She is a wonderful asset to this company and I wouldn't think of using any other facility. A true family atmosphere and the company is set up great. Easy pay options and a very well protected area always very clean. I'm truly satisfied with this place! #5STARS

I have had nothing but great experiences with Rhonda since I rented a unit. The day I came into rent my unit she treated me just like she has known me for years. I call each month to pay my bill she ask me about my family and how I'm doing. Rhonda is a great manager and someone who genuinely cares about her customers!
