3 Alarm Movers

*Never Use Them, Use Wildcat Movers Instead* I had a move scheduled for 9-9:30 am this morning. I received a call from the driver at 8:16 am stating they had to move my time to 2 pm today. The issue: I live 1.5 hrs away from the storage unit this company was to meet me to load up my belongings and being to my new home. I was already enroute to the storage unit.

I spoke with Braden, and he apologized because a workers of theirs was sick. He did state they would include an extra mover free of charge. This doesn't reimburse me for the gas and time it took to drive 1.5 hours to meet them. We agreed to meet at 2 pm so they drivers could tend to the other scheduled move. No problem, things happen that we cannot control. However, it is now 2:51 pm and 1) No call from the driver 2) I have called Braden and the driver 3) Text Braden 4) no one from the company has reached out to inform me of why they are not at the storage unit. 5) I had to inconvenience my family, ask my father who is a DISABLED VETERAN to meet the movers at 2 pm since I have work.

He and I drove this morning from Burleson area to Addison 2X today due to their "worker being sick". We have been inconvenienced so much and it is a blazing 106 degrees. My father is waiting for them as we speak and No One has reached to give an update as to why they are 54 minutes late and to give me an ETA. This has been a terrible experience. I would not recommend them. Especially, after I reached out to the company yesterday to confirm we are still squared away for the move on June 11 at 9/9:30 am - in which, I received a confirmation we are good to go.

There are way more reputable companies that I should have chosen who do not outsource their drivers and have better communication. I didn't choose them due to price being close to $1K to move but now I wish I did because half the price is not worth the inconvenience, time lost, gas spent (y'all see the gas prices) & not feeling valued as a customer. I usually move myself and it's never been this stressful as working with 3 Arlarm Movers.

Hired 3 Alarm Movers to pack our furniture and move from house to storage and then move our furniture from storage to our new house when it was ready and unpack furniture. They did an excellent job. Everything was in perfect condition. They came on time and were in touch with me if they had any queries as I was not at house during the move. They had to drop off some things which did not go into storage and were happy to oblige and let me know when that was done. Can highly recommend them and will definitely use them if we need any moving services in the future.

Frank and the guys were awesome for moving my daughter to her new house. Showed up on time and they worked like clockwork! Got to new house, protected floors and knocked it out record time! Can't say enough about these guys!

This team of movers were AWESOME! We challenged them with Big Furniture, Big Fitness Equipment and THE 12 ft Tree. And, we started from a 2 story home moving to a 1 story w some narrow halls. They navigated through it all with creativity and perseverance. We HIGHLY recommend 3 Alarm Movers and Joel's Team!

Best moving company we have used so far. Moved from a downstairs unit to an upstairs unit and they were able to move bulky furniture very carefully and didn't damage anything. I had to move twice to be out of 1 place and put my stuff in storage until the new place was ready. They did a great job on both moves. The guys are great and know how to make things fit through the doors. They are fast and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.

I would give 10 starts for these guys if there was one. I didnt have much staff but i lived on the forth floor of our apt. With a long hall way. This guys were professionals they took as much staff as possible on each trip to their truck. Disassembled and assembled all my furniture throw away the staff that I dont need. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Great service. Sent a 3 man team for a 3bedroom house. I had to drop stuff off at several locations because we were downsizing and didn't want to do storage. They got it done in a timely fashion and plant to use them again whenever we buy that dream house.

The worst experience of my life. If you want to be lied to, cheated, intimidated, and scared out of your wits, and have you stuff damaged, use these people. I wrote all the horrible details on another page.

My family has used them several times, I've recommended them to friends, and the company I work for recently used them. They are professional, courteous, careful and respectful. These guys were wonderful! We moved from a 3 bedroom 2nd floor apartment to a first floor 1 bedroom, and they had us completely moved in little over 2 hours. Very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend!

3 alarm movers are amazing. Moved my 3400 sq foot home in 6 hours start to finish including travel. Professional, equipped, non stop work. Placed everything exactly where we wanted and rearranged as necessary. This team is geared to please and deliver top notch service.

We were very impressed with the guys we hired (Joseph--crew leader & 4 others). They showed up on time, introduced themselves. Very respectful of my family, our stuff, and our homes. Only moved 6 miles, but took 2 loads (lots of big heavy furniture). They had it done in just over 6 hours. I highly recommend this company. 5 moves in the last 4+ years.this one was by far the smoothest. Hopefully we're done moving for good. If not, we will be using this company for sure.

Wow, I am very impressed by 3 Alarm Movers! I hired them to move me from my second story apartment in Carrollton to a third story apartment in Lewisville. Joseph was professional and the other two men working with him were great too. All three men worked quickly and efficiently with minimal breaks (which is amazing considering I moved to the third floor).

They quickly loaded the truck, they had obviously had lots of practice because it was very well organized and they knew what to load first and last. They completed my entire move in two and a half hours. I had never hired movers before and was a little weary but they put all my worries to rest, it was definitely a positive experience and the best decision I could have made. I would recommend 3 Alarm Movers for sure and would use them again in a heartbeat!

We hired 3 Alarm for a local move in Coppell. The guys were amazing! They worked nonstop for twelve hours and were careful with our stuff the entire time. No damage to the boxes or the house at all. They were really helpful and accommodating, going as far as helping us with fixing up stuff in the old house. Everyone was cheerful and polite, and the price was affordable. Definitely would recommend!

Hired 3-Alarm to do a move from my home in Coppell to Uncle Bob's Storage Facility. Everything went fantastic. Drivers were courteous and efficient. Total move took approximately 2 1/2 hours. I would not hesitate to use their services again

Just finished moving a couple hours ago and these guys were awesome! Quick, efficient and affordable. We moved a couple months ago with another company and it was a disaster. This move went so smoothly, it didn't even feel like a move. I highly recommend this company!

Amazing service and the operation is owned and operated by a local fire fighter, which is a great thing as it feels good to give our business to those that give so much of themselves. They moved me from Las Colinas to Coppell and everything went off without a hitch and the price did not change from the original quite (that was already lower than most). If i am ever living in Texas again i will certainly use 3 alarm movers to get me there.
