While storage is affordable and the management is helpful they have a rat problem. We have found rat fecal matter among our belongings as well as a nest of dead and decaying rats. These rats have destroyed articles of clothing, Halloween props used for buisness, along with most of our collection of books. When we mentioned this to management they dismissed this as not their problem and have done so on multiple occasions. We will be no longer renewing a contract after this month.
