Services
If storing your fridge or freezer empty, place several charcoal briquettes in a pair of pantyhose to absorb any odors. Be sure to prop the door open and secure it with tape. Spray your wood furniture with a good quality furniture spray before storing it in the facility to give it some added protection.

The price is OK, and the units are good, but the couple that runs it are questionable. When I rented the unit the office reeked of dog urine and disinfectant so badly that I could only take it for about 30 seconds at a time. I had to keep stepping out for air while the husband was signing me in. A kennel smells better than that office. It is seriously NASTY.
A couple days later, I managed to lose the key to my lock and the wife unapologetically charged me 20 bucks to walk down and cut it off. She begrudgingly took her disheveled self down to cut my lock off, during which her attitude was basically surly.

In my quest to find a storage unit due to having to move my deceased fathers home items. I came up with several problems. U-haul from Grand Ave. and 12th st. Not a problem. Calling storage places? No one answered or open on a Saturday. This place; All Safe Storage behind Wayne's tire has a big sign that has open daily. Called left messages. Rang bell at gate. Car's there but no ones home. Monday morning I go and the sign on the door says closed.
Person inside didn't care; I told her her sign was wrong but she blow it off. As to the sign on the gate? It's to expensive to change. Piece of duck tape covering the daily? Put it on your answering service maybe? You are a business; run it like one. You aren't servicing your community being sloppy.

Had to store a bunch of our shop goods offsite while redoing our floors and chose this facility based on its location and the affordable long term rate discount. Besides the great central location, I was relieved to know my shops products were available 7 days per week. The downside-Only one- Often the units are all booked so calling a few weeks before you need a unit is highly recommended. My final note-I know its only cosmetic but the trees and landscape are also a perk, as it is not merely a concrete lot.

All Safe Mini Storage has the nicest and cleanest facility in the five cities area! They are right off the 101 on Grand which makes it very convenient. The management team is friendly and go above and beyond great customer service! All Safe Storage has all the security features that are of great importance to me, which alot of other facilities did not have! I recommend All Safe Mini Storage for any kind of storage need!
