All Care Moving

They did a great job moving but told me $680 then charged me $800. 4 hour minimum and it took the 2 hours. Great guys, the office needs work. If they quote $680 they should charge $680. Plain and simple. I even tried to tip the movers but couldn't as they didn't quote me the correct amount. They blamed it on the owners but I never spoke with them. As far as I'm concerned they owe me $80. Get everything in writing is the moral of the story so you don't get screwed. $140 lesson learned!

We used All Care to move the contents of our 4 bedroom home that was in storage to our new home about 6 miles away. The three man crew led by Sloan showed up on time at at the storage facility and proceeded to work continuously for six hours under brutal weather conditions of up to 104 degrees. They excellently packed the truck and then delivered all the contents to the right places in our new home.

They were very professional, courteous, careful, and patient with our stuff. The price was fair and didn't have any hidden charges that I've experienced with other movers. We couldn't have gotten a better crew and job performance, and will definitely recommend them to others.

Due to complications with another moving co, appointment, I needed to find a moving company. Moving is stressful and with only a short notice, All Care Moving was there to help. They showed up early and were ready to go. Professional, hard workers, with two sets of stairs to move some very heavy pieces of furniture down, they did a fantastic job! No time for chit chat or breaks.

They met me at my new location before I did, (couldn't find my keys at the last minute), and even though they didn't have keys to get in, they were unloading the truck anyway. Once in, everything was put were I wanted. Very efficient crew. Although I don't plan on moving again, I would hire them for other jobs as needed and would recommend All Care Moving to friends or anyone that needs a responsive moving company.

These guys are AMAZING! We had a real crap move with numerous stair cases in our old property and new one. They weren't able to use dollies and had to do everything by hand. It sucked for them. But they were professional and super efficient. They moved our entire 1800 square foot home into our new place right on target time. Sloan and Shawn were so great, we had them come back to take stuff to storage after the move. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Also shout out to Tyson, who was always available to answer questions and help out

Best decision I ever made- The Service was amazing. Hired the company to load and unload all my vintage inventory for an enormous Vintage Show. They were prompt, friendly, & extremely professional. Everything arrived in great shape. They returned after the show and loaded all remaining inventory for me. They were extremely accommodating and I will absolutely hire them again for the next big show. I highly recommend this service to any vendor preparing for a large trade show. All Care saved us from so much stress! I've accumulated loads of stuff over 13 years in San Francisco and about 15 roommates. After four days of sorting, reliving memories and packing we were at our emotional limit when Tyler and Matt showed up cheery and ready to go. They loaded all our possessions and helped us finish packing what we hadn't finished.

We compared costs with a one way Uhaul rental. For an extra $100 we got two jolly, professional movers and didn't have to deal with a truck. That's right, just an extra hundred bucks. Best money we've ever spent! All Care should also list emotional support as one of their services! Smiling and cracking jokes the entire time, they also pulled us out of the downward spiral of a really rough 2020.

Our old vacation home in Napa had burned down two weeks previously in a wildfire. The sky on moving day was orange with ash. Work had been relentless the past couple months. Social isolation during the pandemic already had us on edge. We found out last minute that our destination storage unit had an earlier closing time than expected. Enter two great guys and their locally owned business.

They hustled their butts off to get us loaded and unloaded ahead of the shortened deadline. And suddenly so much weight was lifted from our shoulders. All Care did a great job moving a large upright piano from Grass Valley to Nevada City for me, they were super responsive and delivered promptly and with clear communication. We had a small move that I needed to schedule last minute. All Care was fantastic. They found room in their schedule, the move went smoothly and quickly and they were able to store our items as well. The price was very reasonable and everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and pleasant. Sean and Sloan were our actual movers and they were fantastic- careful, courteous, and quick! We used All Care Moving and Storage on 2 different occasions for my in-laws. First we moved out stuff to stage the home, then once it was sold, the guys moved the rest of their stuff. It was a HUGE job between packing decades of "treasures" and moving it all into storage. Both times they were communicative, professional, helpful, strong and friendly. They treated our stuff with the utmost care and got it ALL into storage.not an easy feat. Their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend their team.

I had an incredible experience with All Care! I was gifted with the task of organizing my elderly mother's move from her home in Sacramento to a retirement community in the Bay Area. My reputation within the family depended on a smooth transaction and my mother and sister were both stressed beyond belief. We were moving a lifetime of my mother's most prized possessions and I had a very specific list of items in the house that I needed moved.

The staff and crew at All Care were professional and completed our move successfully. I am the regional manager for Core Consulting. My office mgr Evan Williams posted a previous review with less favorable comments. Evan did not have all the information he needed at the time. All Care did a good job on our move.

Will never use again. Too much wrong to even start a list. Furniture scraped, nicked, put bind atop nice dresser scratching it all up. Kind of like when you go to the grocery store and know what you should get for the price. I've moved many many times (even downsized since) and all I can say is this move was somehow the most expensive. I even started bringing things to the truck faster than the movers were moving. Shockingly it was by far the most expensive move I have ever had with the least amount of stuff.

Just read their response and didn't see where to reply- all I can say is at the end of that move, I was signing to be done- and yes they moved things - that's all I signed for. Clearly didn't read the fine print. It was absolutely clear that the storage was a one car garage as its an apartment not a storage facility, 3-bd apt upstairs- known fact.

And since I literally was moving after a temp move only 3 mos prior, most everything was packed and ready in boxes. Regardless of any of those facts- it was after the move that I saw all the damage. I even took pictures but I let it go, not wanting to deal with the hassle. Additionally, my frig water wasn't hooked up at all, and the washing machine had the electric and water hooked up, but how lovely it was when I did a load of laundry and it was draining and gushed out all over the floor.

They didn't hook up the drain, and I had no idea. I have video if anyone would like to see proof, PM me. I absolutely was displeased at the extremely slow pace. I have written maybe a few reviews on yelp, and I really hesitated to write my first negative review, but I felt I had to. I've gladly paid movers many times for larger jobs, and I have never felt this way before. And I paid cash.

We could not be happier and thankful for the professional and friendly service we got today from Tyson and Randy of All Care Moving and Storage! They accomplished getting into a challenging location, and carefully moved our furnishings in exactly the time they estimated-2 hours door to door-thank you!

This had to be the worst movers ever. In all my years I never had so much complaining and lack of work by a moving company. Let's start by saying their 8 am arrival time was 10:30. 2 & a half hours late. They complained about the amount of boxes, the one story to two story, and the storage unit that needed emptying, all while charging a high price.

They had been made aware of the amount of stuff and the two stories. For 1/2 the job they charged almost $2000. I cancelled the rest of the move with them and my company was available and did the rest for $550. They also broke 2 pieces and didn't tell us. They had to have seen it. Things break, I get it. But tell me.

I was honestly stunned on how hard you guys work and how careful you were with our belongings. As we have previously moved and had bad experiences and then with having Best Way Movers flake on me after I called to confirm our move 2 days before. I had to find another company, with me stressing Ms. Stephanie was amazing in fitting us in. You guys called the day before and the morning of our move to make sure we were aware of the time/date. I hired them after reading good comments on yelp and I am so glad I did! They were the ONLY company that would come on site to give me an estimate. The price was very fair. Tyson and Sean showed up as promised and got right to work. They were very professional and fun to work with. We moved only about 6 miles away to Shingle Springs but there was some heavy things that they handled with ease. If you are looking for a good mover that you can trust call them! My sister is moving in about 6 months and she will be using them too.

We just recently used All Care Moving and had a great experience. This was the third time we have used them for our moves. They were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. All Care Moving did a wonderful job packing and moving our Mother from her home to her new apartment. We had a very short timeline for this move. Scheduling the the move was easy with their excellent staff. We even had a minor change and they just rolled with it. The packers Chris and Sloan were great! The job was a little more (alot more) than anticipated and they stepped up to the challenge.

Then came the move. Again, All Care showed up on time and got to work. They were professional, kind, and so easy to work with. They were able to think outside the box, when we had an issue. Tyson and Darren are pros! Moved us from Sacramento to Stockton. Punctual - careful with our stuff - zero damage! Friendly, as well. They made what has always been a stress-filled experience an easy day. All Care is the only company I'll use for future moves - 5 stars, definitely.

This company moved my parents from San Jose to Elk Grove a few years ago and they did a great job! They used floor protection on the hardwood floors, padding on the furniture and packed all the crystal and the china as well as everything else in the house. My parents have a lot of stuff and the excellent service and friendly crew made it so much easier on them. 5 Stars all the way!
