Do not rent a garage at this facility! There is a quarry right next door that allows heavy dust to blow into units. Had a vintage car stored here and went away for six months for business came back to nearly a quarter of an inch of fine dust over all my belongings and car.

Totally awesome people that work there and you can't beat 24 hour access and the office has everything for packing even RV supplies I couldn't believe it WOW and totally helpful!

We had a unit here for two years. Very safe and secure, we never had an issue. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The price point was perfect!

Everything about my experience with Jen, Brian and their team was so professional, prompt and friendly. They went out of their way to impress. I rented a space for my RV. I was very impressed with their sturdy fences and well-lit areas. I highly recommend Stor-All Dayton for all your storage needs. Great staff and very professional business.

I have been to this place twice now due to its location alone. I will not be back! The first time I rented a truck, I stopped and filled the gas the back to where the gas gauge was when I picked It up. The owner inspected the truck and said the gas was just under what it was originally. He then said (in a very rude and dissrespectful manor), I have to pay $8 a gallon to make up for the unnoticeable difference.

I do not mind paying for the gas but the rude manor in which they conduct their business is unacceptable. The second time I rented a truck from them was just to move a couch and bed across town. I had an even worse experience with the owners and their lack respect for their paying customers. I brought the truck back within an hour and was told that I was going to be charged $25 for a cleaning fee.

I decided to go out and look at the truck and found the bed to be dusty at most. I took some paper towels, wiped it out, and asked him to look again. He still was not satisfied. I told him, I can take it home and power wash it then bring it back. He denied the request and proceeded to tell me "Now I'm going to charge you $25 just for being a smart ass." I will not return to this establishment. Next time I need a rental or storage, I will be trying one of the other options in Dayton.
