I wish there was more stars than 5. They met every expectation and request and their storage unit is really nice. They bring it on wheels but then set it on your driveway and so it is a very low step in and out which is extremely nice. I am also 5' 11 and didn't have to duck in and out. The entire square footage is usable and you can open the front and back of it if you inadvertently put something in first that you need first. I cannot confirm their cost is the best but I did compare it to some others and it was the best of what I compared.

Great experience from beginning to the end. We had a 20' unit dropped off at the house and moved our garage into the unit. We had to get everything out to have epoxy floors installed. The convenience of having all my tools and lawn equipment still at the house outweighed having an off-site unit. Drop off and pick up went smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for additional storage during a project.

Very easy, pick ups need to be scheduled in advance or take a few days. Unit in good condition, drivers took steps to protect driveway with blocks. They have wheels going on and off truck so they're not dragging it around. People were always professional to deal with. The fees seem steep compared to a storage ujit but so much easier and saves a lot of time compared to running things back and forth to a unit.
Also liked that they offered climate controlled storage facility option which we needed and protected some temperature sensitive items. I would recommend securing sections of the unit as packed to prevent sliding/crushing when they tilt unit to pick up and drop off, though we had no damaged items it just partially crushed some moving boxes but nothing broken and no broken or overturned totes.

Scott was great to work with and very forthcoming on pricing. Pickup and delivery seemed a little steep but the value of the units was still much better than PODS. The unit was large and easy to open and close and they were very flexible on pickups and dropoffs. Highly recommended Service: Local moving
