Lake City U Store

If you want your belongings and campers, especially, broken into, then rent here. Peoples campers, mine included, have been broken into and things were stolen. TWICE this has happened, but they won't do anything about it. They have cameras, but they're useless considering your stuff is unsafe and there isn't security.

I have had my stuff here for over a year and this place is fantastic amazing coverage for your property safe and secure No gate issues 10 across the board Friendly staff always help full.

I highly recommend this facility. We have store our things at this facility for years. We have always felt that our goods were secure. The staff have always been professional, friendly and ready to answer any questions we might have. It is well maintained, kept in great shape. There have been some updates with new added lighting, asphalt work and painting of the buildings. Great people to work with. Great prices too! If in the future we need to store anything, we will be back at this facility.

If ur storage facility is bought by royal, call immediately after take over & be sure that your units have been transferred, if u do this 2 months later & find that one of your 3 units have been transferred to the wrong customers name, their bank acct may be auto drafted for your unit, & when royal state storage discovers their issue, (thanks to your inquiry) you will be back charged for those 2 months, paying for a corporate mistake is bad for business, but if u bend over & take it from them they make double rent on a unit good 4 them

This company has wonderful customer service skills. They listen to your concerns and help you out in the best of what a company and their staff can do! I've had my storage unit for 6 years. Had been mostly satisfied with this facility with the exception of letting weeds and thistle become overgrown in my spot. Then I show up today to find that they more or less let someone park their boat on top of mine. So close that I'm concerned about trying to tow mine out without damaging it. I can't even get to the trailer tires to pull the wheel chock out. Will likely start looking for a new facility to store at after this inconvenience.

This is a great storage service with an amazing staff. We had our unit almost 20 years with no problems. Such a convenient location with great security.

I have been with several different storage companies over the past few years and not one of them compares to Royal State Storage in Lake City. I can't say enough about them. They're very personable, easy to work with. Any time I've had a personal situation come up they bent over backwards to accommodate me. On top of that they have the best prices in town, 24 hr. Access With live security on the grounds as well video monitoring. Like I say I can't say enough about this place they've been great to us. Kind of like family.

This is a very nice storage place. Always kept clean and secure. We have been with lake city royal state storage since 2010. They have always treated us with kindness and if we needed anything they never hesitated to help with our concern. We highly recommend them. 5 stars!
