If you are going to use some of the items on a regular basis, be sure to place them in the front of the unit, making access to them easier. Use wardrobe boxes to hang clothing, draperies and other fabrics so that they can breathe while in storage. Label everything you store in your unit and keep a written inventory along with your locator map.

Great Prices and Friendly Staff. I have been renting for a year now and I have never had an issue. I feel as if my storage Unit is safe and the staff keeps up with the property. Used Shamrock to rent a Budget truck yesterday Everything went smooth until today. Paid my $150 deposit with cash and that was returned to me. I asked if he could run my card for the daily charge of $29.99 +.59 cents per mile for a total of $48.45, he said sure. Gave me a receipt to show I paid the $48.45. Got to my car and look at my transactions on my phone and see one for $123.45 from BUDGET RENTAL.
So I went back in, the man says he can't find the receipt. he said budget always messes things up and that I needed to call their 1-800 number. Fine, I called and budget can only see a transaction of $48.45. But I have absolutely no transaction for $48.45. Weird. So according to Budget I have paid what I owe. but nothing adds up. I am missing a least $75 from my card. The gentleman in the office stole my money! I'm contacting my bank and am also filing a police report.

Ran into some technical difficulties and couldn't get my unit the day I reserved it, Abel was very apologetic and accommodating. He gave me a discount and apologized for the delays and I felt he more than made up for the inconveniences. Highly recommend this place. Staff seems to genuinely care for people, and that's hard to find.
