Very professional management who helped me find exactly what I needed for a great rate!

They give each client a separate passcode to get in and a key to a lock to their storage unit, I don't think I saw any security cameras but that's probably because they're really well placed, talk about security. I actually found a mechanic that has a storage unit there that's using it as a workshop so he can work on vehicles. I had to admit that is the most clever way to use a storage unit that I have ever seen.

Renting was quick and easy. The storage units are clean and spacious. Thank you for making a first time renter feel comfortable.

Called to rent a unit and was quoted one price. When I rented the price was higher because of mandatory insurance? Ok whatever, classic bait and switch. Interesting they force insurance because a month later the place catches on fire, fortunately my unit didn't burn up. Week and a half later I call to find out if I have gate code access and get no return call.

Drive up there and person behind counter tells me there is no after hour access because of fire. I tell her that I can't get there to drop off what I need to during work hours as I WORK during work hours and that's why I paid for 24 hour access. She tells me there is nothing they can do, no options not their problem. I point out the fire/drama and not giving me the access I paid for is not my problem, and she tells me I should have sympathy for people who had units burn up.

The units burned up are not my fault, and people working on junk cars in units quite possibly caused the fire and responsibility/liability would more likely be a AAA issue than a me issue. She tells me they don't let people work on junk cars up there and I am wrong. Fair enough. I go to my unit and there is someone literally working on a junk car 2 units over, broad daylight.

I am not a fire fighter or an attorney but to me it seems AAA have not learned their lesson about auto repair and fire hazard. If I could give them less than one star I would, or maybe a star that is on fire. My problems pale in comparison to the people who trusted their storage needs to AAA and lost everything. Seeing how they place is run I am shocked it hasn't burst into flames before now. Do better AAA, it's not brain surgery is it.

Well since the fire im unaware of exactly the amount of damage to my unit and my belongings which im sure i lost n had no insurance therefore it wont b replaced unfortunately. Had i known that the storage they have on the other end of fourth st burned also a couple years ago then i would have just went somewhere else r made sure i had some type of insurance. However the girl that works the front desk is very friendly, knows her facts, and will help you any way she can.

I just rented a unit here yesterday afternoon. The woman in the office was very friendly and helpful. The rates are more than reasonable and the rental process was relatively quick and easy. So far, so good.

I would recommend them to anyone! I feel safe going to my storage buildings anytime of the day or night and I have had no problems there with anything and anything I need help with they are right there to help. Great place!
