Las Cruces Moving & Storage owner, James Doss' father, Jim, purchased the company in 1976 and sold it to James and his wife, Elizabeth, in 1987. Our entire experience was nothing but good. From the time I called to inquire about their services, to the return phone call from their representative Eddie Chatterton who took the time to explain the process and answer any questions, and ending with the day of pick up. Everything was smooth and efficient. And even when our shipment was turned over to National Van Lines who picked up in Las Crudes and delivered in O'Fallon Missouri it all went well. I would definitely recommend Las Cruces Moving & Storage.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They showed up 2.5 hours late and only one worked will the other two were on their phones or folding blankets. A move from a garage to a home which should have taken 3-4 hours ended up being almost six hours because of there lack of work ethic. NEVER USE LC Movers!

The 3-man crew that moved us into our new home were on time and worked from the moment they showed up until the last piece of furniture was unloaded and in the house. They were very responsive to whatever we needed. Respectful and responsible during move. Can do atitude with their work. Definitely would recommend. Price was very reasonable.

Worse moving experience ever and we have had 2 international moves! They were very disorganized - there would be 5 guys packing and moving and then everyone would leave for hours! They dropped the TV and would not replace at value- told us in town moves are not insured. Lost a number of items and broke items including a lamp either in the packing or move. Only good thing I can say is that they were friendly and we did get moved in time. And this was a year ago.maybe things have improved.

I recently enlisted the help of this company to assist me with a 2 truck unload I was bringing from North Georgia. As I am also a mover or as I like to call it "relocation specialist" lol. From the dispatcher I spoke with to the 3 gentleman that assisted me with the unload. I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience! The guys were very hard workers. And the office staff was great aswell. Thanks again for yall's help.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. I have been in the process of working with a builder on my new home and due to the economic climate, there were significant delays and they were frequent. I rescheduled LCMS multiple times and they didn't seem to mind. Then when it was time to move, the guys showed up on time, assessed the work, and decided they needed one more mover to help.
Since this was a pay-by-the-hour agreement, I was worried they may take their time to complete the work. That was not the case at all. These guys got busy and worked the entire time. They were done picking up and dropping off in just over three hours. They smiled and were so pleasant the entire time. Thanks for your care with my items and for all of your smiles! :

I had to move my parents on short notice the day after Christmas. These guys were able to accommodate my short time frame. I did most of the packing but they assisted with art and clothing. They were polite, fun to work with, on time, priced right, great communication and delivered from Silver City to Santa Fe faster than expected. I would absolutely 100% use these folks again. We contracted with Las Cruces Moving and Storage for our move to Arizona. They were very efficient and careful. They packed 28 years of accumulation in 2 days and had it loaded in two days and delivered the very next day. Both the packing and loading crews were professional and courteous. The three man crew were so helpful and patient with us while unloading and making sure we were happy with the placement of the larger pieces of furniture. They are also storing 2 sofas for us until we can find room for them. Hands down the best choice for our moving experience. Thank you all!
