The price was very reasonable the storage as were also convenient Nancy in the front office was extremely helpful throughout this entire process!

I have been a customer of Pioneer Store & Lok for almost 2 years now. The manager is friendly and professional. It is easy to pay your bill or access your unit using your phone and their Flying storage app. Their prices are very reasonable and they have multiple size units available to fit your needs. They are centrally located on Box Rd.

Been with Nancy (pioneer storage) for almost 4 years now and couldn't be more satisfied. From customer service to security, 100%! Highly recommend! Just great people, plus units are great too!

Great place to store stuff for the most reasonable rent in the area. No frills, but well maintained w/ good lighting and security. The perfect place if you need just a good basic storage facility.

We've been using them since being stationed here both time. They're always friendly and accommodating with our needs. It's also easy access from the highway which is a plus!

I would never recomend this storage place to any one. I was I in an accident and got behind, I got caught up then wasn't able to work due to the accident again for nine weeks. The manager was very rude, added twenty dollars then fifty to send a letter to sell my unit twice. The auction was cancelled in October so she could go on vacation. She calls and tells me I still have time to get my things but now I owe another month.

The auction was on November 18th. Ihad a friend go and bid to get my unit so that I could get my parents ashes. When she saw me she had the young man with the auctioneer bid against my friend to run the amount up. There were four more units and he never bid on a one of them. Bottom line there is a lot more storage places in Columbus Ga. than this place. As for the manager. I believe karma will not be nice when it comes to her.

I had a great experience with Pioneer Stor & Lok. Kelly really helped me out, in-fact she actually saved me money by showing me more than just one storage to fit my exact needs. The one I picked out was more than I need but was fine with. So she suggested a smaller one that saved me money. I would definitely suggest this place to everyone.

Do not use this company, they are a rippoff. Once your things get in the unit they charge an additional $20 a month without telling you until you have to make your next payment.

There is no star. This so called veteran is a crook. This man stole everything I owned after I leased from Pioneer over 3 years. He never notified me that he was selling my property, when I ask him why he said his wife told him to sale it. There are laws that storage units have to follow to sale a unit. Please do not do business with Pioneer, he is not to be trusted.

There is another owner name Steve Case but hard to reach and probably is not aware of his partners unlawful business practices. He does not answer the phone and claims he does not have a fax number. I hope he is now keeping better receipts and books, when I was there he kept books like he lived back in 1920. THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST.

There are federal and state laws that storage units must follow to sell a unit. If I would have had the money that I do now I would have sued Pioneer and won, check out storage unit law suits online the payoff is big for this kind of illegal act committed by Pioneer Stor &Lok. Fraud, Theft, this business should be shut down. Brian W. made a wise decision not to do do business with this crook.

In some sense, storage places are a commodity--what differentiates them is service. The resident manager (otherwise pleasant) here refused to disclose a $20 "administrative fee" (what Clark Howard would call a junk fee) when quoting a rate on the phone. He said it is "bad business" do do so. As I only needed the unit for a few weeks, and I told him this on the phone, it would only have been fair to disclose a fee that would have added almost 50% to the price.

He only "disclosed" the fee after taking my credit card and attempting to charge $68 for a $45 unit. I took my business elsewhere. If you believe in up front honesty, you will also take your business elsewhere.
