Excellent, easy, seamless experience. The gentleman at the front desk seems like a really lovely person. Super easy to sign up for, super easy to cancel once you don't need it anymore. One thing I liked about my unit was that it was indoors. It only applies to the smaller, closet sized units. The rest are outside. In my storage unit inside of a locked hallway was really nice. 10/10 would use again.

Facility is clean, safe, and any matter that may arise is handled in a timely fasion. However being more than 5 days late on your bill will get you a late fee of 20 bucks and there is no leeway on getting into your storage unit even in emergency. So, pay your bill and you'll be satisfied. I latched the padlock on My unit on the wrong loop leaving it unlocked for over 3 weeks. Upon my return, I made my discovery and saw all my stuff was still there and safe.

Management was very friendly when I was looking for a storage unit. This was my first time getting a storage unit, so I was pretty nervous, but the guy at the desk was very friendly. He also walked me through and had me sign into the keypad to make sure I could get in the gate. He then walked me to where my storage unit was, and gave me tips. Very friendly and courteous!
The prices seem fair. I like what I have, for what I pay for! I did browse around, and the prices here seemed lower than some others. So, if you need some storage space, check out The Storage Place!

I dropped in on a Saturday hoping to rent out a storage unit for a quick and impromptu move. The guy at the counter (unfortunately I wasn't able to get his name) made the process extremely quick and easy. We were out and ready to go in about 15 minutes with keys to the unit in hand. Every time we have needed access we have been able to get in and out without any hassle at all. The location is also in a good part of town, and not on the outskirts of town like almost every other place. I highly recommend The Storage Place in Billings.

I worked with Heather today and she was great and so friendly! She was very patient in letting me see the unit in person, which was very clean, and discussed the safety measures of the grounds to provide customers more safety and peace of mind. She also informed me of the month free of storage rent when a customer pays for one full year in advance. Overall, I'm happy I chose this business to store my belongings. It's in a convenient location and she was very professional to work with.
