The process online was fairly easy. When I came in that morning, I met with Brian Croom. He was so nice, went through every single detail. It was nice, he let me know my things will be safe. He went through all the different ways I can pay. He let me know privacy was a big thing to them, which is what I absolutely loved. I will recommend this storage unit to everyone. So nice, && clean.

I’ve have been using storage units for a long time all over the country,and Brian at the Kinston location.he is by far the most consummate professional I have ever worked with.I also had pleasant interactions with the other staff members there. However as much as I like the staff I am not happy at all with the latest price increase forcing me to purchase insurance for my unit.

My reason for using a storage unit at this time is due to the fact that I cannot buy a comparable size storage unit for my property ,for what I was paying for my storage locker. With this added insurance being made mandatory I will definitely have to revisit the possibility of purchasing a storage building for my property. Although I would prefer to keep the storage unit at your location the added cost makes this a much more difficult decision.
