Needed to move some of my moms furniture to my house and they were in time, very efficient and protected the furniture first with a padded moving blanket then wrapped in cellophane. They were very careful with the furniture. Would use them again for a move

First time using movers and we made the best call possible going with Economy Movers & Storage! Frank, Kyle, and Ron were all extremely personable and nice. They worked extremely fast and efficiently while making sure to not damage the house or what they were moving. They wrapped everything very well and thought out their strategy on how to approach the move like true vets.

We also had a piano to move and they handled it no problem. Great professionals and great guys to talk with too! They disassembled all our furniture as needed and moved it into storage until we find our next house - without a doubt we will be calling them again to move that same furniture into our next residence!

Hands down the best moving experience ever. From the office to the driver and other movers, you couldn't ask for more personable or professional people. My husband and I recently hired Economy Movers on Wellington Ave in Cranston to move 2 rooms of furniture and several books and computer equipment from Cranston to Warwick. The 3 guys arrived on time, were extremely polite and very helpful and very professional. We were extremely happy with the service we received and would recommend them to anyone.

Jay, Jason and Frank were FAST, efficient and true professionals moving my 2 bedroom apartment with LOTS of stuff. Moves come with lots of chaos and nerves and it was nice to have three organized, kind people there giving you peace of mind and even a few laughs. They wrapped everything that needed protection and they were very attentive to where I wanted boxes and furniture in the new place.

Easy and quick payment at the end for the minimum 3 hours. It was worth every penny (especially on a frigid day in January) and you'll be lucky if you get this crew! Thanks guys

The owners are every nice people there old friend of mine there are in my opinion one of the best moving company in R.I THERE honest their get the job done fast a safe and treat every persons furniture like it was there own furniture and worker are polite courteous respectful

They were highly referred. My TV was damaged BUT The owner came out. And he is a man of his word He's going to replace it. I will always refer Economy movers. The guys work very hard.

We had a complicated move out with awkward staircases and numerous very large, extra heavy pieces of furniture. The 3 men on our job were cheerful, engaged, professional, hard-working and thoughtful. Furniture was handled with care and frustrating moments were handled with aplomb. They maintained good spirits despite a long day, complicated by masks and strenuous work.

As others have said, moving can be stressful, but the crew we worked with honestly took the stress out of the day for us! We have moved multiple times and although I can't even think about moving again, I would hesitate to use anyone else if I did! 5+++ stars!

I was impressed with Economy from the start. I had a response to my estimate in 24 hrs. and all of my questions were answered when I called to book. They called to confirm the day before like they said they would and were just great. We had a 3 part move on a recent Saturday (Coventry to East Greenwich to East Providence). Frank, Kenny and Patrick were AMAZING.

They showed up early, were strategic, organized, professional, careful, polite and made the whole day (it ended up being an 8 hour day) as easy as it could be. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation. Thanks so much!

Moving can be quite traumatic. Especially after living in one house for forty years. You tend to acquire a LOT of stuff. My wife called Economy Movers and talked to Cheryl who couldn't be more helpful. We were looking at a two day event and she helped move things around so we didnt have to pay for movers for two days. Overnight holding was free. Our movers were friendly and took great care with all of our furniture.some of which was very heavy. Shout out to Jason, Jay, Mike, Kenny and Ron. Highly recommend.

We had Economy Movers for 2 moves and stored our furniture with them. We asked for the same 4 men because they were so professional, personable, able and kind. They moved very large pieces of furniture around narrow corners, up and down steps without a problem. I highly recommend them!

Don't let the name "Economy" in the title fool you. These guys are a 5 Star experience. One of the best moving experiences I've ever had (and I've moved a lot). I moved from Barrington to Providence during a snowy/icy week. I had Frank, Lenny, and Kenny. These guys were just A+ pros. No issues with the ice or snow. Stuff I never thought I'd see fit through doors they engineered and worked out. Frank was super down to earth, friendly, professional. Lenny, was friendly, cared about me as the customer. Kenny, just worked non stop to make sure the move happened fast.

They didn't complain about some of the bigger furniture. They told me when I was worried "Don't worry about it" The contact at the office Cheryl, was friendly, no hassles, no frills. I moved an entire 2 story hours in 2.5 hours. They didn't care I was a horrible packer. They were polite. Cheryl was amazing at booking, I was worried without a confirmation - don't worry - they'll be there. Frank, Lenny, Kenny, Cheryl. COMPLETE PROs. Don't hesitate to use them if you're in Rhode Island.

If you are looking for a moving company in Rhode Island and you don't call and prioritize Economy, you are out of your mind and likely spending more for a worse experience. Awesome awesome awesome awesome. I'm running out of good things to say. Bravo.

Showed up without moving boxes! Said that I failed to tell them that I needed moving boxes for my move - REALLY! What moving company shows up without a single moving box? I did not ask for wardrobe boxes only - the owners response is inaccurate. The moving company did not discuss the move sufficiently and I assumed that packing boxes would be available for a person moving the contents of a room. You need to cover all the bases because they don't.

Almost all positive things to say about my experience on 10.29.19 with the team from Economy movers. Very professional, friendly, fast and efficient. Great value and were able to adeptly move some seemingly oversized items through narrow doors without issue or damage. Would recommend the team I had. My only negative was I scheduled for 1 pm and arranged my schedule but then accommodated the companies request to be available at 1100 am. They actually arrived at 1 pm.

Moved from a tinyyyyyy 3rd floor apartment to a second floor apartment. The guys were super fast and friendly. I would defiantly recommend them & I will be using them in the future

We had a problem with one of the companies movers, involving a behavioral issue. It is unfortunate that I did not reach out to the owner at the time, because he seems like a stand up guy and this one mover should not represent his company. After posting my initial review he reached out to me to apologize about the experience and assured me that the employee in question would be dealt with.

We were over billed for one hour and the owner did take care of this during the initial move unbeknownst to myself or my brother. I appreciate Robert reaching out to clarify the situation.

Having movers makes an amazing difference when moving apartments. I had a great experience with Economy Movers overall. The scheduling/admin person Cheryl was responsive and very nice. I was able to coordinate everything via Yelp and email, which automatically earns big points with me. I had a local move on very short notice. My movers showed up promptly and got right to work.

I was honestly a bit shocked how quickly my 2BR space was hauled out. Note that I did pack most of my items already and tried to be clear with instructions. They were also very friendly and generally careful; despite giving me a minor heart attack when one guy did carry a smallish fragile box by the back of his head/neck, the only casualty was the weighted base of a dinky $5 floor lamp. Would absolutely recommend and hire these guys again.

Wish we went with another mover like Gentle Giant. However they were booked. We had several pieces damaged in the move. Some things were missing. Very disappointed Would not recommend

Aces. These guys were terrific. They arrived on time (if not a few minutes early), were professional and friendly, and worked very, very hard. Our move was a relatively big one -- one house full, requiring a big truck, a smaller truck, and four movers -- and they got it all done in about eight hours. All that, and they charged much less than other estimates we got. Highly recommended.

By far the best moving company I've ever dealt with. Cheryl was quick to respond and made the process extremely stress free and easy. Frank and his crew arrived right on time and went straight to work. They were kind, courteous and professional. We moved from a complex building to a 3 rd floor apartment and they had it done in under 5 hours. Nothing was damaged and they move fast! It's worth every penny for these guys, it makes the moving process so much less stressful.

This was my first time hiring movers. I called Economy based on reviews. They arrived on time and flew through my move so fast, everything was finished at least an hour faster than I expected. This is my third time using economy movers over the last 10 years. They are an excellent moving company to use from start to finish. They really do take great care of your belongings. I always by the extra insurance only because accidents happen have never had to use it. And the move you in good time. The guys work very hard. I always over tip the 3 men they send because they are worth it. They go above and beyond.

My fiance and I were moving out of our two-bedroom apartment and into a house. With all of the trouble we had moving in, we wanted movers to get the big stuff out (and into the new place) for us. He chose Economy Movers and it was a great experience. We had Jay and his crew and it took less than two hours. They were fast, professional, and personable. Very professional team. I was impressed how quickly they dismantled the bedroom set (which is very heavy). They were polite and very helpful and they came in under estimate. They asked me if I had anything else I needed after each room. The move went smoothly. They're efficiency was amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time hiring movers so I didn't know what to expect. It's two days later now and I still have no regrets. They arrived on time (shorty after 9) and had my whole one bedroom loft packed in their truck in under an hour. This included a king sized bed, mattress, nightstands, bureau, desk, book shelves, entertainment center cabinets (6), coffee table, end tables, couch, love seat, ottoman, and about 15-20 boxes of various sizes. An hour drive later they moved everything into the new apartment (3 flights of stairs, no elevator) in about the same amount of time.

In 90 degree weather no less. All in all they had the whole thing wrapped up in about 3 hours, point to point. I'll be honest I was worried at first about the results since they gave me the best price out of 3 other companies in the area but these guys are totally legit. I finally began unpacking and can confidently say nothing was broken or scratched. Keep up the good work gentlemen. Also Ron - that dude was freakin awesome.
