This company has failed to meet the expectations laid out in the Bill of Landing. They packed and collected my items on November 23, 2020 and have now transferred them off from the storage container into their Diggins and Rose storage warehouse without my knowledge or permission. They have failed to meet the December 13th, 2020 deadline that was laid out in the bill of landing, then ceased contact from about December 18th, 2020 until January 7th, 2022.
During the few times of contact with staff, they have forgotten about my move, as evidence by statement from Laura, their move coordinator, "I thought everything was delivered". Additionally they have refused to give me a deadline or timeline of delivery, and state they do not have any movers to move my property. However, in the same breath, they also state their drivers are busy with other moves.
They have also not started a delay claim as I am entitled to in contractual agreement. I am also now unable to access/download my bill of landing or estimate from their website. During this time without my property, I have had to repurchase a plethora of items (already owned and held at hostage) due to this delay and to continue my daily living. As of this day of compliant, my property continue to be held hostage without a projected delivery date and company has been neglectful informing me of any updates.

Don't use these people! They are horrible! The was our first experience with movers. I've always done my own moving but being a little older now we decided to give it a try but it was not worth it. If I would have known that they had no clue what they were doing I just would have done it myself. Most of our boxes and totes were crushed and broken. Marked the walls, scratched furniture, hit a ceiling fan with a set of bed rails and I'm sure I'm forgetting even more stuff.
They backed into our tree in the front yard and broke an antique table from my wife's grandmother. When we filled a claim for the damaged table, they didn't get back to us and we had to keep calling them back and their reply was "I will get right back to you after I talk to someone" but they would never call back. Then 2 months later they added another charge onto our bill and said that they went over the allowed time so they charge us for an extra hour. So when they finally got back to us about the table they only gave us $72 for an $800 marble table top. Worst movers ever.

I checked out diggins & ROSE/Go Mini's because I needed a storage container. They were by far the best priced in this area. I spoke to Beverly and she was great on the phone and on top of my questions and concerns. When they delivered my container my drive was L shaped so the driver and I worked out the best way and spot for the container. Hew was great and took his time to get the container where I wanted it. Loved having the time to pack the container because nothing shifted during the move.
I had a crazy situation on the day of pickup. I was closing on my old and new house on the same day. They were able to get the container out of the old house before we finished signing the papers on the old house and at the new house by the time we signed the papers for that house. I highly recommend them. Stress free move!

Three years ago I contracted with a United Van Lines company in Maine; they sent me a truck from this company. I'm still waiting for a miracle that my lost items will be found. They were no help except to refer me to the corporate office for United in Missouri - they were no help either. No one cared that I lost bakeware, cookware, books, diplomas, pictures, and more - including sleep because it was a nightmare I'm still stressed about.
They didn't believe my items were lost - calling my situation "alleged missing items". If I have to move again I will do it all myself and not place my trust in these companies who assured me my items would be separated from other orders they take on to fill their large trucks.

Excellent communication from start to finish for our coast-to-coast move. Shaun (sales and quotes) got my estimates calculated quickly and responded to multiple inquiries. Laura and Mary called frequently in preparation and follow-up of both pickup and drop-offs. The moving teams were careful and courteous. Pick-up was slightly late due to traffic but the team was communicative; drop-off (cross-country) occurred promptly on the exact-quoted day.
Our belongings arrived in great shape, excepting a few broken glass items and some damage to piece of furniture; all of our artwork, mirrors, stereo equipment, and boxes listed 'fragile' were intact. The D&R team responded quickly again and connected us with their claims department to settle the damages. I will follow-up this review once all is settled, but to this point the moving experience has gone very smoothly start to finish. Top notch service.

With multiple family members involved in moving Moms stuff from NH to Florida, and Mom in Florida already.yikes! But Laura and Shaun never lost patience with my constant changes right up to and on moving day. And i'm one of those people who can find fault with any company (comes from being self-employed for 40 years.), yet i can not complain about anything!
They went out of their way to find solutions to my last minute changes and were upfront about any cost increases. Even the moving guys called me directly to get further instructions (i am in Florida as well) and sent videos to verify what i wanted moved etc. Outstanding service! I highly recommend Diggins & Rose. UPDATE: upon arrival in Florida we found we paid an extra $1500 for a container that had three small objects in it (after being told there was no room in the containers to send down some family heirlooms!).
In addition my mothers Braided rug that she's had for years arrived basically destroyed and unfixable. Attempting to contact the owner/manager of Diggins & Rose he would not talk to me or respond to me. So we're stuck with an unfixable expensive braided rug, paid an extra $1500 for a container that had almost nothing in it and Mom lost some very important family heirlooms because they said there was no room. STAY AWAY from Diggins & Rose! (I am leaving my original post because what I said was true. However the fact that the movers on site actually communicated with me and still didn't pack her family heirlooms makes the situation even worse)

I contacted Diggins last fall and the sale rep was extremely quick to respond and very professional writing up my order. However, it all stopped there. I had a horrible experience. Crew was unprofessional, my wall was damaged, I had broken dishes that were wrapped in bubble wrap in moving boxes. Claim was a nightmare and their communication was terrible.
I emailed the sales rep who never even responded. Very slow to process claim. I even had the customer service person tell me that I should expect things to happen! They lack customer service skills, professionalism and have no respect for customers. I would never recommend them to anyone.

United Van Lines did not transport my personal belongings successfully in the summer of 2016. At the time of pickup, my items were not placed into their unmarked truck with the upmost care. My furniture was not wrapped. Some pieces of furniture did not have their own item number, instead they were grouped with another item number. Upon delivered, the truck was a different unmarked truck, thus knowing that my belongings were moved from the original truck.
Some items did not have their item number sticker on them any longer, creating a difficult situation when trying to verify all items received. Most of my furniture had multiple dents, scratches, and pieces of wood broken off. In addition some personal belongings were missing from the delivery. After a claim was submitted with United Van Lines, my furniture was repaired at a satisfactory level about two months after delivery.
I was also given a small check for the rest of my belongings of which I researched and gave the company an estimated worth of about 20 times more than they gave me. After about a month of back and fourth correspondence in a second attempt for settlement of my claim, I received another even smaller check. This was not a valid evaluation of my missing belongings and it was an insult to me.
United Van Lines has not put in the effort to located my lost belongings, nor have they made the effort to apologize and take fault in what they did by settling with a proper amount. I do not recommend this company at all.

They were very professional and kept every promise they made. The loaders of our furniture took great care with our items and after traveling from NH to NC (ahead of schedule by the way) all the items arrived in the same condition in which they started. The driver and helper were fantastic. They worked hard to make sure things went where we wanted them and took special care bringing them into our newly built home.
To top it all off the original estimate of the costs based on the estimate of the weight (our items were in storage when the estimate was made) was off by close to 2,000 lbs. once weighed Diggins and Rose quickly processed a rebate. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a move. Clay Foster

As a customer who has moved back and forth to many countries, I really appreciated the personal attention to detail and courtesy given by Diggins and Rose. All office staff were helpful, efficient and polite. The shipment arrived in perfect condition and on time, as promised. The packers and unpackers were also very respectful and courteous. That is what a seasoned traveler expects from a moving company, but does not always get.
