Punctual. Reliable. Extra careful. Friendly. I will definitely call these guys next time I move, which I hope won't be anytime too soon. I have ikea furniture, going on their 4th move, and the particle board bases were damaged by previous movers but this company was so careful and conscientious, not one new piece fell off. They even repaired the leg of my couch that had been damaged by previous movers. I felt safe and extremely satisfied! Great work guys, thank you!

Ricky and his team were very good and fast. However next be a bit more careful I understand that the place where I had to move from was a bit difficult and narrow to get the furniture out, so I was expecting a hard time for them, but take a bit more time next time so the furniture does not get to scratch I don't mind paying an extra hour for quality.
It was nothing mayor, but could have been avoided. The move was great and fast just shy of 4 hours. I can definitely see me using them again whenever I move. Highly recommend

We had a great experience with Unique Moving and Storage. The communication throughout the booking process was timely and concise. The team (Johnny, Angel, and Jose) showed up on time, were efficient, friendly, and careful with all our belongings. They got our move done quickly and were friendly and professional the whole time. I would absolutely recommend their services and would use them again.

The movers were at my home a few minutes early. They were professional, thorough and friendly. Ricky walked me through every item I wanted them to move 3 or 4 times during the moving period in case I wanted to make a change (I did). He gave me his best estimate of time right away and kept me updated on time taken 3-4 times to avoid surprising me. They pointed out where there was a problem with any item (a fridge leaked a bit) and were extremely thoughtful and polite.
They advised me when they would take a break ahead of time (e.g. for lunch). Both breaks were off the clock. The office staff were very flexible re: when the move could happen, gave me a thorough estimate and followed up frequently. I am delighted. Del

Johnny, Ricky, Alex, & Jose are the greatest movers EVER! So kind, caring, & hard working! Even though it is a very heavy, physically exerting job, there was fun & laughter. They have helped do two moves in the last 8 months. The first move was from Camarillo. Came in and packed up house in no time and Richie and Angel so the move through to final destination on the next day. When we had to move another house, mainly all the tools in the garage, I called them to see if they would be willing to travel to Redlands, CA to start that move. Lindsey worked all the logistics and Richie, Angel, John and Andrew did another amazing job!

Great Service and friendly professionalism from beginning to end. It started with Kourtni on the phone with the estimate and scheduling, then the follow-up team, the actually move was flawless and smooth. The team of 3 lead by Richie were polite and focused. But we also had a great time with a few giggles along the way. Moving can be sad and hard and this company made it all great. Thank you I recommend them highly!!!

Unique Movingbwas the best! There showed up exactly on time, were respectful of our yard and placement of a red carpet to protect floors, protected stairs and walls prior to moving and upon arrival at the new house. We were impressed with how fast they moved all of our stuff. And we were pleased with how careful they were with everything. Overall, I give 5 stars because we had no complaints from booking to executing the move! They made it easy from start to finish!

These guys busted their butts and all of our belongings arrived safely. Hard work, competitive price and friendly customer service. We moved from Ventura to Temecula and they had to unload on a 100° fay...didnt stop them from working just as hard as they had the dat before in 70° weather. Highly recommended!!
