I have done more than 10 moves across the country and around the world and they were the best crew I have ever worked with. Very professional and fast. In 7 hours, they moved me from a three-bedroom town house, a storage unit and delivered everything without issue. A very professional crew.

Critical: Professionalism Save yourself the trouble and find another company. The moving crew was polite and tried to help with an issue that was caused by them. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for owner. Accountability is a skill that he clearly lacks.

I was confirmed and booked for a move on December 11th. I notice the movers were running late so I called Charles and he told me he did not have a driver, now mind you I had to call him. He then said he could move me the next day which was a Sunday. Got up Sunday no movers, no call, nothing I was just left hanging with no movers. How does a company just leave you with no call and a no show. Bad business!

Second time using Magic Movers, and I've recommended them to very satisfied family and friends as well. Bishop, Charlie, JT, and Joey were the crew helping us out this time, and they were punctual, polite, careful, and very quick. Not a single thing was damaged or out of place, and we genuinely enjoyed the time we got to spend with these guys. Highly recommended.

I had an outstanding experience with this company! From the beginning, Tom was super responsive and easy to communicate with, he booked my date right away, and he assigned the best crew for the day of my move. If you have the opportunity ask for Bishop, Brian, Pablo and Tay - they were right on time, were so friendly and professional (and funny :)), were very conscientious about taking care of my things, and they even stopped by my storage unit and moved that stuff too! The value for the price was exceptional and it is easily the best money I spent during my entire move. 100% would use them again.

Hired magic movers for my 2/4/2021 move from Ashburn to Brambleton. These guys were outstanding! They got my entire townhome loaded in their truck and delivered within 4hrs! Had a snafu at first, and the truck was late showing, but once the guys started it was 5-star service. Small job moving 15 custom heirloom pieces furniture. They blanket wrapped and taped each piece and delivered it without a scratch. Would use again for sure.

I had to move quickly and luckily Magic Movers could fit me in. Tom was great answering all my calls and emails and questions. On moving day John, Monty, and Charlie arrived and less than 3 hours later I was packed and moved. This team of 3 ARE THE BEST. They are fast, they are careful with your stuff, they are helpful, they're friendly, funny and fun. Let's face it, moving sucks. But with the magic dream team it went very smoothly. Some good wokers and bad workers. too much bait and switch. left my house open overnight to the elements. i had to beg them to come back to close the door. poorly organized. took them 4 trips to move a house. took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to drive from leesburg to falls church.

Hands down some of the teams I've worked with and some of the best service! The guys moved me from Fredericksburg to Loudoun County. They work quick, professional, attention to detail, and careful of all my personal items. I very grateful for their service and support!

A Great Company wouldn't use anyone else perfect customer service

We used the Magic Movers LL on Mon June 10; on a very raining day. The services and cost were exceptional! We interviewed several moving companies. We chose Tom; MM because of his sincere customer service skills, realistic cost and his down to earth conversation. The crew of Monte, John, Jose, Tom, Andy and DJ arrived on time and went immediately to work.

The completion of packing; a single family home with 4 bedrooms, the households goods in the truck was less than a few hours. They traveled to the new location in pouring rain, unloaded the goods and assembled the furniture in no time. The completed process took the guys less that 6 hours. We were surprised and pleased! The overall rating. a 5 star!

We will definitely use Tom and his crew again! They exceeded our expectation for customer service, efficiency and cost, all with smiles and a great sense of humor! Thank you ROCK STAR gentlemen!

AMAZING! I've moved several times in my life and there's ALWAYS problems moving. Not this time! I contacted Magic Movers (via email) 2 days before my move. The movers were actually EARLY. We had 3 guys and they were all very efficient and QUICK. There was absolutely no standing around or walking slowly. They picked up my stuff from two different addresses and got it all loaded and unloaded into my new place in 2.5 hours. I'm SERIOUSLY impressed!

Not the best choice I made. One of the movers upstairs was video taping my furniture with his phone, i came in as he did this. Explained to them how some of the pieces should be handled, totally ignored and left stress mark on the furnitures. Only put down one cover for the stair rail on the bottom, no covering typ protect the stairs. The coverings on the foyer to protect the hardwood floor their path, did not put down properly, after walking about, the covering moved about, instead of straightening, they just kicked it out of the way.

Same with going into the new home, and this was new construction built home, did not put any coverings on the stair rail, foyer area, made few dents from their dropping, scratches on the hard wood. Noticed the had cracked on one of the furniture piece during my cleaning, and they made no word of it as if I'm not going to find out. All and all, for the going rate I would not recommend this company for their sloppy work and their dishonesty.

We hired Magic Movers for a temporary move out and then to move back. They Were Fantastic! Their prices were good, but the service was the best. The arrived for both moves onetime and ready to go. No wasted time. They moved both times without any damage or problems. But, most importantly, they were friendly, trustworthy and professional! I would only call them in the future for any move. Thank you and the staff! By the way there did a whole house in 5 hours.

I would recommend Magic Movers and would use them again. The guys are quick and efficient. They work hard and were careful. The price was reasonable and what was quoted. The guys were courteous and friendly. Great job!

I contacted them on a Saturday at 4pm because the movers I hired pulled a no show. They agreed to help us out as otherwise I would have to pay to delay the sale of the house. They arrived and organized their team and went to work, dissembling beds and even carrying a full sized professional treadmill like it was an empty box! All will smiles and good manners. I was VERY lucky to find these guys and would use them again. They truly saved the day!

I used Magic Movers to pack/load a UPack trailer in Ashburn VA for a move to Kirkland WA. Let me start by saying that the two-man crew worked really hard and got the entire job done within the expected time frame. They were efficient, professional, and easy to deal with. But the real test for professional moving services isn't the day of the packing job, it's the condition of the items when they arrive. I'm sad to say that we had a lot of damage. An outdoor table had its leg snapped off, chair legs were broken, furniture pieces were extensively scratched/crushed. Boxes were ripped/shifted open and the contents broken or crushed.

The pic shows the load after the bulkhead was taken down. The yellow strap at the bottom was added by the ABF/UPack driver. Basically some heavy boxes had been loaded at against the front wall of the trailer up high. They weren't strapped in, and at some point those heavy items fell backwards bending and crushing items behind. That probably created a domino effect, which crushed and bent everything that could be.

The ABF/UPack driver said that straps should have been placed every few feet to hold each "layer" of the load in place, so it wouldn't move. When I originally called to get the crew, I requested a 3 man crew and packing supplies so there would be plenty of time and manpower to get everything done. A 2 man crew was sent instead. I believe we really needed that 3 man crew (and supplies and straps to secure the load).

I feel like I did everything right -- I hired professional movers on both ends -- but I've ended up with a huge amount of damage. I'll point out that Magic Movers said that the ping pong table was going to be vulnerable, and indeed it arrived damaged (but most of that damage was due to the load shift). I think you can count on Magic Movers to be professional and work hard. But you *must* ensure that the load is properly strapped in for a long haul.

John and Monte kicked butt all day. Excellent service, efficient, and very personable. I absolutely recommend these guys. They fit an incredible amount into my truck, wrapped everything so I didn't have to remove stuff from drawers.

Having used several different movers over time I can attest to Magic Movers being the BEST. Their rates are very competitive yet their service is top-notch. All the movers who handled our belongings were super nice and very careful with our stuff. Also, Magic Movers is flexible and will adjust to your schedule with minimal notice based on our experience.

Jose and his team were great. They arrived on time. The wrapped, loaded and hauled my furniture and appliances out of one place and into the next in a veru efficient and professional manner. This is the second time I have used Magic Movers and I won't hesitate to use them again.

I'm really glad I chose Magic Movers over some of the other highly rated companies out there. Their pricing was much better on a per hour basis than the others. The communication via email was always great. The in-home estimate was free and flexible on the scheduling. I went with the four man team and was glad I did. My family has moved about 6 times in the past 10 years so I know how to prepare for a move to make it efficient. However, the crew still really exceeded my expectations.

The were fast and efficient. I was amazed at how many boxes they'd carry at a time. It really made everything go really fast. They loaded and unloaded in about half the time estimated. I was glad to see that even though the boss thought it'd take hours longer to move me, it didn't cause the team to slow down. They still did it fast and saved me hundreds in process.

They were happy to help disassemble, assemble, and cleanup. I'm hopefully settled now and not planning on moving for a while, but would recommend them to anyone looking for a team that is punctual, efficient, and affordable.

I used them for my move and they were great. I hired two movers: Fahad and Andres and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. I tried to pack and wrap as much as possible and when they arrived they said they can wrap and pack for me. They wrapped the furniture with blankets to protect it and helped me pack boxes as well. I didn't know they offer that service but the gentleman explained they pack and move all inclusive in the price. They took 3 hours to complete everything which was exactly the time I needed it to be done.

John and team get a thumbs up. No fuss no mess and friendly guys. Easily made appointments with alternate options were given by Tom.

John and his team were amazing! We moved down the street two days ago. We had so many problems come up on moving day and the Magic Movers team was the one thing I didn't have to worry about. In the end everything was set up and arranged so nicely. They really took great care of my belongings. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. I will definitely use Magic Movers again in 6 months when we have to move again and hopefully I will get the same team!

These guys moved some heavy furniture around my house and took some old furniture out to my curb. It was a small job, but they were nothing but professional! They were quick to respond, on-time, efficient with the move, careful with the furniture, and pleasant! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

WAY TO GO MAGIC MOVERS! This is the second time using this company. First time was in 2013 moving out of my apartment and this time was moving into a new property! This 2 man crew really hustled today! The we're right on time and moved our things very efficiently! The entire move took about 3 hours. You can tell the owner of this company is really careful of who he hires!

They are very careful and treated my house like it was theirs. They didn't smoke or swear, didn't damage anything and they are always very nice! Will definitely be using them in the future

Fantastic experience all around. Recommended by multiple friends. They were friendly and flexible on the phone, helping us plan our move. Their quote was substantially less than multiple other companies. The crew was early and very professional. They were fast and were in great moods the whole day despite my multiple requests to move rugs and furniture around after arriving at our new home.

In the end they completed the job an hour and a half ahead of the time we were quoted saving us even more money. The final bonus nothing scratched, dented or broken! We would use them again without question or hesitation.

5 stars all the way. These guys just moved my stuff from VA to MD. At first, we felt skeptical that all of our belongings would fit in a single 16 foot truck. We had A LOT of stuff. But Magic Movers worked some serious Tetris magic. They securely wrapped the fragile things in blankets, tape and shrink wrap and packed the truck so efficiently that everything fit!

Not to mention that the entire VA/DC/MD area was under a major flash flood and tornado watch and these guys worked right through the rain and none of my stuff was wet when it arrived at my home in MD. We felt very bad about making them move our things in the rain, but they were insistent that they could get it done and they did. I couldn't say better things about them. Herculean strength, courtesy and extremely professional. A +++

These guys are great! Courteous, prompt and brought in additional help when needed at a reasonable rate!

The important stuff. Price was 85 per hour, three hour minimum. One hour for travel too. So 340 out the door. Manpower was two people working nonstop. We were lucky to get Pablo and "John". Not that it matters but they both spoke perfect English, Arabic, and Spanish. Pace was break neck. They didn't take a break and only stood around minimally after preparing a big item, waiting for their partner to help lift.

Truck packing was super. We provided our own 16ft truck and the filled out safely to the roof, protecting the delicate things and maximizing space within. Above and beyond. They didn't start the clock until they looked at all the things they needed to pack. They even packed the truck with things that we were still putting into boxes as they worked. Pablo did the truck packing. John did a lot of the desk and furniture disassembly. Aside from showing up a little later than I anticipated, they are the hardest working fellas I've dealt with in all of Virginia. A+
