We made two moves on successive week-ends. Your crew took great care in protecting our property and anticipated what we wanted. Consequently, I did not need to give them very much direction. I have recommended your company and talk about you when friends ask about our move. I would not hesitate to use you again and will continue to recommend you. In fact, I plan to write a review for an online service with regards to your company.

The movers were actually on time and courteous, but the move went way over time. There is no real reason this should have happened since I did a lot of the work and all boxes were staged in one room. The provided truck would not even hold all of my belongings. I had to move many of the items on my own.
Days after the move an additional charge was placed, without my consent, to cover the time they wasted during the move.
After 3 months, no one would ever return my call or even acknowledge their failure to complete an error free satisfactory move. Be very careful giving credit information to this vendor, as they will place charges without consent. In short, I CANNOT recommend this mover do to their horrid customer service and business practices.

I hired Pete's Ultimate Movers two months ago and have regretted that decision ever since then. I had a quote from Pete, confirmed and in writing, for five hours work. I confirmed they were licensed and insured. First thing they do when they show up is tell me that I have to PAY an extra $75 for the insurance to cover any damages (isn't this why we hire professional moving companies?). Well, it's the day of the move at 7am, what are my options?
So yes, I pay. After five hours it is clear we have hours more work to do. They want me to pay $85 per additional hour, even though Pete had quoted me ... in writing, via email ... that additional hours would cost $65 per hour. The crew literally stops working and refuses to unload my furniture while I argue with Pete about the rate he will charge me.
Once again, I have no choice as all my furniture is on their truck ... so I agree to pay. The crew proceeds to throw my furniture off the truck ... many items are damaged ... and actually drive away with furniture on my front lawn. It took a while for me to gather estimates on the broken items, but I submitted all this to Pete weeks ago for him to submit for reimbursement since I did pay the additional $75 for insurance ... and I have not heard back from Pete.
This guys is clearly a scammer. His crew told me that they have seen my same situation many times; they too were tired of Pete's shenanigans. My advise is to avoid this guy ... he is bad news.
