Very poor value and poor customer service. I recently used their service and was very disappointed. I first used their service to pack and move my stuff to their storage. It was fine until then. After about a month, I called them again to move my items from their storage to my new address. They showed up around 1115 am and by 1230pm, they unloaded everything and even assembled our furniture at the new place.
When they eventually gave us the invoice, came the shocker. I noticed that they charged 3.5 hours for loading the packed boxes into the truck at storage (7am till 1030am). This is completely ridiculous as why would it 3.5 to load the boxes with same number of people, when you were just able to unload everything in about an hour. I called customer service twice and they said that it should not take that much time and they themselves are clueless. They also mentioned that they don't have an answer and cannot help at this time. Never had been this disappointed with any other moving services, I have used in the past.

They were great. Easy to book. Answered all of my questions and was happy to help. The packers were quick and officiant. I was amazed at how they work. They made my move much easier. On moving day they were just as great as the previous day. Friendly staff. They pack smart and with care. Nothing broke. They even reassembled the furniture. I highly recommend this company. Great Quality experience.

If I could rate them zero I would. Hired to move my home at 8am they showed at 3pm! They arrived with zero supplies: no mattress bags, no wardrobe hanger for the boxes, no tape, no wrap, and 14 blankets to move a two bedroom home. The main person in charge was combat and violently petty. I still have clothes remaining at my old residence and they broke a tall dresser and left it on my front yard. The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Truly disgusting

This is the second time I'm using One stop moving and storage. My first move was from San Diego to Oceanside and everything went smoothly. The guys arrived on time and started to work right away. My second move was a long distance move from Oceanside to Nevada. One stop moving and storage provided a flat rate which was very reasonable. It was great and everything worked as planned. I will use their services next time as well.

I use this moving service last year! Their manager went to my house and gave me a about $900 quote. I decided to use their moving service. At that day, they sent three guys, two of them seemed over 60. They moved very slowly. The only young man seemed moving even slower. My target was just 4 traffic lights away. It was an apartment with elevators. Finally they charged me $2100

Irresponsible and shady business 1. They charged me $100 as deposit when I booked their service. But they didn't include it in the bill. I forgot about it when I paid them so they charged me extra $100 on top of the bill. I contacted them later asking them to refund, they never did. 2. I paid the bill with card and $10 in cash for each mover as tips($30 in total. Was planning to pay $20/mover but changed my mind when I saw the bill).

Means their work time gets extended and you pay more. They say it's the policy and they inform all the customers in advance but I don't recall being told about that by anybody when I booked their service. 4.
One of the plastic guard on my fridge door was missing during the transportation. The mover in charge said he didn't know anything about it and was not responsible for that. They also left out my hose. The truck left my old address without even confirming with me that they got everything loaded. They just left. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. Work ethic is low. The movers are from their branch in San Diego. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

This was my first experience with One Stop Movers. An overstuffed half-garage full of boxes - some filled with items of great value, some with sentimental personal things, still others to be sorted and disposed of later - were carefully and professionally moved to a storage facility five miles away. The estimate said it would take about four hours, but actually took five.
There was no charge for the extra hour since I had been given a flat rate estimate. David and Thomas moved and set up metal shelving as well in a configuration that made the best use of the storage unit. They were courteous and hard working. I would highly recommend them to others with similar projects....

I used One Stop Moving for the second time recently to move into my new house. Just as with the previous time, I was so pleased. The scheduling and contract was very easy. The crew was punctual and courteous, as well as efficient and mindful of the hourly rate, while still taking excellent care of my belongings. My new house is undergoing a remodel, which meant having to be creative about moving in.
The guys were not discouraged and even offered helpful suggestions. The rate was very reasonable and the contract perfectly clear, which meant no unpleasant surprises. Great job, great company!

We used One Stop Moving to move us for the third time this past weekend. This is the best moving company hands down! We were moving from a large 4 bedroom to a larger home, and had a Cal King bed, kid's bunk beds and another queen bed, along with dining sets, couches etc. These guys were so efficient, professional and fast! They were quick to disassemble, load up the truck and wrap up all of our furniture to prevent any damage.
They also wrapped our mattresses, lined the carpets with blankets and ensured that every box and piece of furniture made it to the correct spot. Having these movers made the otherwise painful process of moving, completely seamless! I can't recommend One Stop Moving enough! Hire them! You will never hire another company to move you!

The thing I hate most about not being a homeowner is having to constantly move. There is nothing I dread more than moving to a new house or apartment. I usually only sign 6 month or 1 year leases so needless to say I have had to move quite a bit since graduation from college and started living in the "real world" lol. Some people like to get their friends with pickups to help them move.
I tried doing that the first time and it was a huge headache. It took the entire weekend and my favorite dresser ended up getting ruined because it started raining when we were driving it in the back of the pickup truck. I told myself I would never do that again. My next move came along and I did my due diligence. I must have called a dozen companies.
One Stop Moving and Storage seemed like the most legit so I decided to use them for my second move. I am so happy I did. I have used them a total of 4 times now and they have never let me down. Their movers are very careful and respectful when handling my belongings and I don't feel like I have to sit there and watch over them. It is so nice to have a moving company you can trust to take the stress out of it.

Can't believe how great these guys were and how easy it was for me! I didn't even have to stand around and point or direct them in any way they knew exactly what to load first, how to protect my furniture, they took apart my bed for me, etc. I didn't have to lift a finger and magically 3 hours later I was completely unpacked in my new place! Truly professionals and really knew what they were doing.

I moved at the begining of August from Scripps Ranch to Sorrento Valley. Initially I was very nervous with regards to how well my furniture would be covered and protected, but after I watched the movers for a little bit and I saw how they wraped my flat screen TV and my bedroom furniture I felt at ease .The movers Dan, Andy, and David were supper nice and polite. It was a great experience working One Stop Moving despite moving being not so pleasent. They made it easy!
