Traveling Baby Company

They made our trip to Disneyland so much easier. We didn't have to worry about packing a huge double stroller along with everything else and they even accommodated last minute changes. Stroller was sturdy and we would totally use Traveling Baby again. We also appreciated the variety of stroller options to choose from.

What a smooth experience we had! Ordered a stroller to rent on our trip at Disneyland. The ordering and checkout process was easy. When we checked in the stroller and case of water we ordered were already there. The water was wonderful to have. Stroller was in pristine condition! The night before we left we dropped it off at the front desk. Couldn't have been easier!

We appreciated having a stroller available for our whole trip- as taking it back to the hotel on our walk to and from the park was so helpful! The stroller was delivered / picked up at our hotel at convenient times. We loved having a double for our two toddlers. they were happy to ride whenever we weren't stopped! The stroller was starting to show its wear a little. But I can imagine the wear and tear they get in a short period of time! Thanks for improving our visit!

The Traveling Baby Company was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. We rented a double stroller. I was surprised (and delighted) to find a rental stroller in such good condition and at a fair price. The Traveling Baby Company dropped it at our hotel and picked it up when we were done with it. So easy! I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered two strollers for our disneyland trip. I had them delivered to and picked up from our hotel. The process was so easy and seamless! Strollers were both in good clean condition as well and really great quality strollers to begin with. I will definitely use this company in the future if needed!

This was my first time using a stroller rental company, and I wasn't sure how complicated the pickup/drop off would be. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was! Everything went through Bell Services, making our trip off to a great start. The stroller was clean, well maintained, and maneuverable in the Disney traffic! This was a great experience! It was super easy to book online for our trip to Disneyland. Our reserved stroller was waiting for us upon check in at our hotel, which was very convenient. The stroller was clean and suited our needs perfectly. We left it at the bell desk at check out and went on our way. Very easy from start to finish and kept us from having to lug our stroller on the plane. Highly recommend this for anyone travelling! We will use again!

We were traveling to Los Angeles and staying in a hotel room for an extended stay. It was extremely nice not to carry everything with us. We had a rocking chair and a couple of toys for a toddler to play with. Everything was delivered quickly and picked up easily. The hotel staff had a hard time locating what we had rented. and I received a text from the traveling baby company.

I was able to let them know who to ask for at the hotel. And I received text confirmation that everything was located. Highly recommend the service for traveling with little ones.

I had a great experience! I ordered a crib, extra mattress and high chair for our trip to California. They all arrived at my doorstep on time as promised and were picked up on time too. Everything was clean and packed with an plastic cover around it. I also had a question that I called about and someone picked up quickly and answered right away! I would definitely use again!

I had excellent customer service from this company. Stroller was very easy to order online and was waiting for us at our Disneyland hotel when we checked in. What a wonderful company and resource! While traveling, I realized the hotel I was staying at only had a pack n play for my 14 mos. I contacted this company and they provided a portable, fill size crib for me! It was last minute, Friday on a holiday weekend, and they still delivered to me within a few hours. Great quality of goods and kind delivery person! Highly recommend and will use again when traveling.

We used this company when our grandson visited and at the last minute we realized that he had outgrown the pac'n'play. The crib that was delivered was in fine condition. Pick and delivery was on time. The crib was carried up to a second floor bedroom. I expect that we be using this company again in the future.

The most genius business! I was so happy I didn't have to pack a stroller for our trip to Disneyland. They dropped it off at our hotel and picked it up, it was completely stress free. I recommend to anyone traveling with kids to use this service. So worth the price. I was struggling to understand some of the stuff on the website before I booked so I called and they were so helpful with my questions.

I rented a stroller for 4 days originally then our plans changed and I needed to add on another day and they gladly added on another day to the rental with no hassle or confusion.

An excellent service, I will definitely use them again when travelling! I rented two strollers to use at Disneyland and they were delivered to my hotel before I arrived, and both were in excellent condition. Very clean and well cared for, and a lifesaver since we had several flights that would have been much more difficult if we had tried to bring our own.

Rented pack'n play with mattress, bin of toys and camera. All items were in decent condition. Service was prompt and professional. They coordinated the drop off and pick up with the friends we were visiting. I would use this service again.

I rented some things for a family that was visiting for a week. We were all pleased with the cleanliness of your things. I liked the time frames for delivery and pickup. Thank you TBC! I messed up and ordered from 2 different companies over the Thanksgiving holiday, and ended up having to send back some items to the TBC at the last second. I was willing to take the $$$ hit as it was my mistake and they were severely impacted by the holiday rush, but the good folks at TBC were so awesome and gave me a credit towards future orders.which I used more recent than I expected to house fire evacuees and their babies. They deliver clean baby furniture and toys in great condition that the kiddies love! I couldn't ask for a better experience as a consumer. Thanks TBC!

I've rented baby equipment from this company three times now and am a very satisfied customer! The equipment arrives on time, in great shape and is very reasonably priced. No complaints and I would highly recommend their service to other families.

Can not express enough how incredible it was to work with this company. I work in short term rental with a number of properties listed on Airbnb, VRBO, etc. A last minute booking requested that we accommodate their large party, including a crib for their 1 year old that same day! I called up the traveling baby company and they delivered a crib super last minute to help us in a bind.

They were already done with their rounds near our location but they went completely out of their way to pick up an extra crib and deliver it to us that same evening, with assembly! Rarely do I encounter customer service to this degree. I was floored. Later that week, they arranged for a time to pick up the crib and they came right on time to disassemble and remove the crib from the property. TRUST THIS COMPANY! YOU WONT REGRET IT!
