When we provide a price quote it will include long carry, shuttle and crating charges if they apply to your move. The ultimate purpose is that you have NO SURPRISES before, during or after your move. Surprises are for birthdays, not your move! You will most likely find lower estimates for your move than with The Moving Factor.We prefer to be honest and upfront than to give you a low price at the start then add charges later. Sean, the owner came out and gave me a not to exceed quote and even though it took a bit longer than we expected, they stuck to their price. The crew was on time and very pleasant to be around, They did go the extra mile to help replace my dryer's cord from 3 prong to a 4 prong because the new place had it set for a 4 prong cable (my dryer had a 3 prong cable)
