Great experience today with MSJ Delivery! Our wall bed/desk combo and hutch came today and in a few short hours Johnny and Keith had it assembled and properly installed! They took great care throughout the process and were just great to work with! I highly recommend MSJ!

I used MSJ delivery not too long ago for a house move. I was very disappointed in the experience the field guys have and the damage they left on my furniture. I had a few screws overtorqued with them pushing out on the other side of the furniture and I can tell some items were touched up with furniture pens. Our movers shaved off a $130 off the bill But later on that evening I ended up finding more items that were damaged so the $130 wasn't enough.

The character of a company becomes apparent not when everything goes well but when it doesn't. MSJ delivered a sofa (31x36x80) that was too large to fit through the 28 door but would fit through the window. Johnny, however, insisted that he could make it fit. The damage to the door was slight but documented with before and after photos. Stu, the owner, when notified said in an email that he called; but there was no record on my phone.

He then said he would call, but never did. In response to seeing photos, he said that it was impossible for the damage to have been done during delivery and suggested that I had done it myself but hadn't noticed. I asked Stu three different times to come to the house to view for himself the damage and context of the delivery and draw his own conclusions. Each time he ignored my request. We used their moving service for short local moves twice, with previous and new owners. Both times, it went smoothly per schedule. Friendly movers and fast paced work. We got a great quote and no hidden fees or surprises.

From start to finish, this moving company was great! I needed some heavy objects -- piano, couch, etc. -- moved from the house to the garage before we underwent construction. Their prices were competitive, they were great on the phone when I scheduled a date on fairly short notice. The movers, Shawn and Miles, were professional and courteous, and carefully and efficiently moved everything. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend MSJ Delivery.

The best! After a big first day of moving, our crew of Chris, Andre, Shawn and Robert, lead by Steven were back for another full day of unpacking. Tiffany was just as easy to reach as when we started. This group was great.as if they hadn't worked the previous day. Upbeat, pleasant and eager to get the job done right. We are so thankful for MSJ Delivery!

Who likes moving? I know I don't. Well, my wife hired MSJ Delivery through Angies List to ease our burden and it was our first time using them (won't be the last). We were moving from a large home 4,000 sq ft to an equally large home. I've moved around in my past years and I have to say MSJ did a fantastic job from the get go. From communicating to showing up on time to moving us to our new home MSJ did a great job.

We had no idea what to expect and when we saw the crew show up they looked a little young and to be honest I was a little worried. However, Asa the supervisor spoke to us and gave us the game plan for the day and he assured us everything would go well with the utmost professionalism and he wasn't lying. The crew which was made up of Asa, Andre, Brian, Junior, and Robert did a fantastic job.

They worked their tails off for over 14 hours without ever complaining and throughout the day were in good spirits. Asa, kept the team in high spirits with his humor and the team constantly communicated with us. Brian even gave us some decorating tips which actually helped out. As I sit here typing this in our new living room I can say Brian was instrumental in giving us the idea for the set up.

Thanks Brian! I can't say enough about these guys and their professionalism and dedication. We felt comfortable with the crew and we even bought them lunch for working so hard. MSJ should feel very lucky to have that crew as part of their team. They picked up everything we wanted and were even kind enough to gather a few items they thought we might have left behind. Again, these guys worked long hours, were careful with everything we owned and were professional.

Steven and Chris moved my household goods out of storage and into a new place without a hitch. These guys were so professional, cheerful, patient and organized the whole time. The new place had parking challenges and an elevator, and they handled the lay of the land like pros. They staged my household goods in the areas I needed them, so unpacking was organized.

Carlos and his crew of Miles and Nick were out to move me out of a three-story, straight up-and-down townhouse yesterday into both a storage unit and a new place. The guys were fast and efficient, true professionals. My furniture was wrapped, and everything delivered to its proper place. This is my second time using MSJ, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

M S J Delivery arrived at our home right on time. Carlos, Miles, and Nicholas did a fantastic job moving us. They had to move us out of a 3rd floor condo and the sofa had to be lowered down from the balcony. The guys did an amazing job getting it down! They were very professional and careful with all our belongings, wrapped our flat screens, and glass tops and everything arrived at our other home in perfect condition. Great job guys. Would definitely recommend them to any of our friends and family. Will use them again if we ever need to.

Moving is never easy. Well, MSJ made it as easy as it can get. I contacted them 30 days before my move out of a high rise and spoke to Tina. She was very responsive and coordinated with me to pick up all the boxes 3 weeks before the move. On the day of the move Carlos called right on time at 8:00 a.m. and arrived with his crew, Brian and Rafael shortly thereafter.

All three were clean cut, polite and ready to get to work. They coordinated as required with my building's security and handled the downtown parking situation and high rise elevator rules with style and grace. First class from start to finish.

The BEST experience we have had yet with this move. With all the crazy things that happened at the end of our home sale, the guys from MSJ Delivery made everything better. Carlos, Brian and Shawn were professional, courteous and kept our anxiety levels down. They called before coming out and arrived on time. They looked over the area and then started in.they treated each piece of our furniture as if it was there own.

I found MSJ on Yelp and Google and have used them a few times. What a bunch of pros! The owner Jason is a standup guy and showed up to help when the guys were in a jam. The office is professional and very helpful. They will call you the day before and confirm. The crew will call you when they are on the way. The moving crew was nice and even helped me track down my dog that got loose. Bonus: they also have storage if you need to keep you stuff somewhere for a while they can keep it and save you the hassle of getting a storage unit. And they also will haul away anything you don't want. I move a lot recently and have to say MSJ Delivery has the best bunch of movers in San Diego.

MSJ moved us out of our house last weekend, with a fantastic crew of 5 energetic and helpful guys: Carlos, Nicholas, Miles, Stevie, and Robbie. We were woefully behind in packing the excessive buildup of "stuff" in the garage. They handled it kindly and professionally, helping us with extra boxes and getting it done. My family has used MSJ Delivery for two moves. In our first move, they loaded & moved us and they were fantastic. We had such a good stress-free experience with them that for our second move we also hired them to pack for us as well. Fernando, Vance, Byron, Brian, Miles, Spencer, Alex, Nate and Andre were amazing. They were efficient, punctual and fast, all while being polite and friendly.

I don't know where MSJ finds such great employees who do such a fantastic job with a smile. The first day they packed our entire house and the second day they transported it to our new place. They were very patient and accommodating with us trying to decide what should go where! Their services were worth every penny. I hope we never move again, but if we do, MSJ will be helping us.

I hired MSJ to unload a POD (and move into my new apartment in San Diego) from my move from Texas and was extremely pleased with every step of the process from scheduling the appointment to the final assembly of the beds, and other furniture. Fernando and Alex were my team members who were extremely professional throughout the unloading/loading/unloading process.

They called in advance on the morning of the move to confirm; showed up on time; and worked non-stop from the get-go -- actually even running back and forth from the truck to the elevator staging area in my building. They were very careful not to ding walls, etc. when moving large pieces into my brand new apartment in Little Italy. I'd hire MSJ again in a second.

You guessed it. I was moving and I needed some muscle and a truck. I found these guys in Angie's List who had reasonable rates, didn't charge extra for Sat, and worked with me on a late morning time (8am? I am sooo not a morning person). The two guys, I think they were Jason and Jason, showed up on time, were quick to load the truck, took professional care as not to break or damage anything and didn't even bat an eye when I told them the couch would have to be tossed over the back fence as it didn't fit through the front door. No surprises when it came to the bill, I was charged slightly less than quoted :) I would recommend these guys for anyone looking for movers.

You are in very good hands. Years in the navy and as the wife of a federal employee have made me depressingly familiar with moving and movers. In the past I have had movers drive into the side of my house and explain that the balcony tilted like that when they got there, intentionally break things so they would fit into the handy box (explaining the movers on the other end would "reassemble" it) and my favorite - ask me if they could have my husband's Fender Strat because "it's really, really nice." So, I've come to think moving is to be feared. MSJ is different.

The owner, Stu, does the estimates, answers the phones and is available all the time. The trucks were spotless, the materials plentiful and appropriate, AND the crew was on time, smart and genuinely nice guys. They moved 30 years worth of stuff in two days.

They were on time (arrived in less than 20 minutes), were prepared with all the right supplies, and had a perfect sized moving truck. They were efficient and careful and pleasant, finishing the job in less than 2 hours. We were very impressed with MSJ and will recommend them to all our friends. Excellent! This is the 8th time my family and me have moved, and by far this has been the easiest less stressful one. 4 guys showed up on time and moved all my things with care and knowledge. They were extremely respectful not only to my furniture and belongings, but to my family as well. MSJ Delivery is the best! From the first moment you speak with Tiffany, you are in the best of hands. Tiffany is very easy to get a hold of and responsive. Customer satisfaction is #1 for her, and by her. We had a team of 9 pack a 6,000+ is almost one day! Steven was the leader and did just that. He was punctual, easy to communicate with and leading the group while working on his own projects. Asa, Junior, Oliver, Brian, Chris, Andre, Shawn and Robert worked tirelessly, 8am to 8pm to make a huge impact. End of the first day, we slept at our new home, in our own beds.
