We used the team for a move out of Charlestown MA --> Storage, and again a month later from Storage --> Concord MA. We were so appreciative of their timeliness, their attention to details, and genuine politeness and professionalism. Everything was labeled, stored well and not a single item went missing or was broken. The communication was great, the pricing was absolutely fair, and their efficiency (no pun intended) was remarkable.
I HIGHLY recommend checking out Efficient Moving for your next move. Overall very good team to work with and while we hopefully won't move again anytime soon. They will be who we recommend and use for any future endeavors.

I selected Efficient Moving after research and review of several quotes and reviews - and so glad I did. Manny and his team were exceptional, and overall my experience using Efficient Moving was extremely positive. The actual price was well within my quoted price, I received multiple emails confirming my move, Manny called when he was on his way the day of the move.
The team was efficient and careful. Manny asked questions to ensure my items were placed and moved appropriately. It was a rainy holiday weekend and my move was stress-free thanks to Efficient Moving. I highly recommend!

Carlos and his team are the best! They were so accommodating on fitting us in for our move date. Everyone was professional and efficient moving us several times. The driver called us when they were close and were on time for our window of arrival. The team was patient and eager to help move some furniture a few times to the spot we wanted it in. I highly recommend this company.

I have moved with Efficient Moving Services three times: twice in Boston/Cambridge and once out of state. In each case, Carlos and his team have provided exemplary service. They're courteous, professional, and fair. When a table was inadvertently scratched in my last move--and to be sure the team showed due care to all my possessions throughout the move--Carlos was proactive about how he could make it right. They really set a high standard, and I would be delighted to move with them again in the future.

We did a lot of research and they had the best price by far out of 4 quotes. We're thrilled and very impressed! The crew was on time and took the utmost care moving our furnishings and household items. It was pouring on moving day and they put runners everywhere to protect our floors. Carlos and his team are consummate professionals and very hard working.
We bought them lunch and tipped well, as we felt we really hit the jackpot with Carlos and Efficient Moving Services. I highly recommend them and if it were possible, I'd give them a 10 star rating!

I have moved over 10 times in the course of my life and Efficient Moving Services was the best moving company I've ever used. My boyfriend and I had a LOT of heavy stuff to move and a limited amount of time the we could afford. Carlos and his guys did it all and within the affordable time frame for us. I couldn't believe how strong they were and how quickly the got things done.
They were true professionals and totally safe with the huge pieces of furniture that we had. As long as I'm in the Boston area I will always recommend Efficient Moving Services!

I was incredibly impressed by Efficient Moving Services. Booking was easy and the guys arrived on time. They wrapped everything up carefully and made sure all our belongings were well looked after and nothing got damaged. Carlos and his team moved everything quickly and charged a fair price. All the team were pleasant, polite and professional throughout the move. I'll certainly hire them for my next move and I'd recommend them to a friend.

We have hired several movers over the years and these guys were the best! Very nice, fast, and helpful. Carlos even hooked up my washer/dryer in the new place, which I was worried about doing. Didn't even ask, he just did it. And when our box spring wouldn't fit upstairs, he cut it in half and then bolted it back together upstairs! Who does that? Carlos does!!

From the time I booked my move on their incredible website to the day of delivery, Carlos and his team made our long distance move from Boston to DC (with a 7 month old!) effortless. I didn't have to go back and forth on the phone with anyone or wait for someone to peruse my house for an estimate - it was all on the website! They aren't just efficient, they are experts!

It's been long due review. My husband keeps reminding me about writing our experiences with Efficient. We both were impressed by the way Carlos's team handled everything. True to their name, efficient. They were so quick in disassembling and assembling our furniture that in no time we were almost settled in our next apartment.
