I don't know where to begin about how INCREDIBLE my experience was with Monarca movers and specifically Audiel! The team was efficient, careful, and QUICK. I was a little anxious about hiring someone by the hour but man did they work fast AND were super careful with everything. They even gave me advice on how to store my belongings and helped me take my TV off the mount on the wall! 10/10 I would hire them again in a HEARTBEAT! Thanks Audiel!

Amazing movers: amazing speed, amazing quality, amazing price. Hands down the best movers my wife and I have ever used. They were on time, moved extremely quickly, but were extremely careful as well. They were professional, friendly, and did a superb job for less money than other moving companies we looked at. I would recommend them to anyone and already know that we'll hire them the next time we move.

Couldn't have done a better job. Our elevator was out and they still managed to load everything with time to spare. Very flexible and overall the best experience I've had yet with any type of moving company. Don't waste your time with other services as they will charge enormous rates after all the fees are added up. No hidden fees great and customer service if you need any moving help don't hesitate to get these guys!

Monarca Movers is the first Dallas moving company that has ever been able to schedule me so quickly! I called in Friday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for the next day at 8am. The movers were right on time and began working as soon as we signed the paperwork. Audiel did a great job disassembling and reassembling all my furniture for no additional cost.
When I was calling around and asking for prices a lot of the other Dallas moving companies wanted to charge me separate for these services, but Monarca included everything in their hourly rate. I cannot stress how professional and friendly the movers and office staff were the entire move!

Audiel and Luis are hands down the best Dallas movers I have ever used. I called Monarca Movers because they came highly recommended from a friend. I was afraid of using a moving company since all my previous moving experiences have been terrible. With Monarca though, they did a great job taking care of my things and making sure to communicate with me every step of the way.
I could see the movers hustling the entire move, and they got the entire job done within a reasonable time. I will definitely be recommending these Dallas movers to all of my friends and family!

I had a wonderful experience with Monarca Movers, the most sensitive and cordial people, extremely detailed and careful with my items. My move was perfect thanks to this company. My moving team was kind and friendly despite the the confusion regarding third floor versus second floor confusion and no elevator. No damage done to my property and they helped with a large, heavy Fedex delivery that was left downstairs instead of being delivered upstairs as planned. They are a very personable company to work with. This was my second time to hire their services and I'll hire them again for my next move.

I very rarely write reviews online but absolutely had to for these guys. They came as a recommendation and would wholeheartedly keep recommending them to others. We've used them twice in 2 years and both times they offered exemplary service. If / when we move again, they would be our first phone call. Quick, efficient, reasonably priced, no sneaky fees, trustworthy, professional and just really nice people to work with.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were scheduled to arrive between 8-9. At 830 I got a call that I was being rescheduled for the next day because it was sprinkling and they don't work in the rain. There is rain in the forecast for the next couple of days. I asked what happens if it's raining tomorrow. The answer: I get rescheduled.
So I'm sitting here with a packed up house and no movers for today and potentially no movers for the next couple of days. I have to be out of this house as I have sold it and my leaseback ends shortly. They really didn't care. Fortunately, I was able to find another moving company and am scheduled for pickup tomorrow.

I moved apartments today and these guys were great! I didn't have much furniture and had everything packed in boxes when they arrived, but my apartment was a ways away from the freight elevator. Even then, they were so quick with getting all of the boxes and furniture out of my apartment and onto the truck. It ended up taking a little longer than planned at the new apartment complex (the complex's fault, not theirs), but they accommodated and were so pleasant the entire time. I really appreciate their hard work and will definitely use them again for my next move! Reasonable prices also! I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Monarca Movers. I received a flat hourly rate without any hidden fees. Audeil and his assistant arrived promptly at 8am, when they said they would arrive, and completed the job in exactly two hours. All of my items arrived in my new home undamaged. I have moved many times and Monarca Movers is definitely the best moving company I have hired.

These guys were excellent! I moved a 1 br first floor apt to a third floor apt and these guys were hustling! I was suppose to get a 2 man crew, but that ended up being a 4 man crew, including myself. The driver had a late work night the night before and didn't plan on working, but when I started moving stuff with the hired hands, he started arranging stuff in the van.
We had everything packed in 30 min, and unpacked everything in 45 minutes. These guys HUSTLED! There was no damage to any furniture or to the apartments. Monarca Movers is priced very fairly and worth every penny!
