THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Find another company, trust me. You will regret using these ppl. I've never used any company that hated their job this bad. No accountability.

I have been using this company for years. I always work with nick who is very professional respectful and gets it your vehicle moved in a timely fashion. I have shipped dozens of cars and motorcycles and never a problem. Not once.

Fairly seamless. Friendly customer and responsive customer service representatives. Transparent business. Car arrived safe and sound. Will use them again! My experience with Car Shipping Carriers was great. They answered all my questions and responded loved all my requests regarding my purchase. All items ordered arrived in a timely fashion and as ordered. I will definitely do business with them again.

Total crap. put in for a quote and they send your info out to everyone. you will receive non stop calls for weeks.

Do not use. This 'broker' will refer your contact information out to other 'brokers' -- Waste of time. You'd be better off finding an actual company who actually transports vehicles. These brokers do not own a transport truck -- it's just a scam to make money off your inquiry. There is no benefit to use a broker. Hope I can help one person not make the same mistake I did.

Great car shipping company. Professional, helpful and our car was delivered in a timely matter from Seattle to Virginia, despite the poor weather conditions along the way too! We were given great customer service and our brand new Fusion was picked up on time and delivered to our new home on time. DO NOT FILL OUT THE QUOTE FORM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR INFORMATION DISPERSED TO SEVERAL DISTRIBUTORS WHO WILL CALL INSTANTLY AND FREQUENTLY. I filled out the "Get a Free Quote" form on CarShippingCarriers.com, under the impression this ONE company would contact me. I tried to not input my phone number, and it wouldn't let me. So I entered it. Within literally seconds of clicking submit, I had numerous calls and emails for several OTHER companies.

This is beyond irritating. 15 minutes later and I have 11 calls, 6 voicemails, and 10 emails from several different car shipping companies - some have already called me multiple times. Had I know Car Shipping Carries was just going to spit out my information to a ton of different companies, I wouldn't have filled out this form. Who wants to be bombarded by that many forms of communication?

I tried to post this review on transportreviews.com but the company removed it because I'm not a 'true customer.' I don't know how a company that only disperses your number out to tons of other companies to contact you gets 'true customers.' And, since posting my original review, I have received 4 more emails, 5 more calls, and 4 more voicemails. I wish I could make this stop.
