DO NOT USE THEM! These are the worst. We hired two men to move my two bedroom apt. It took them 7ish hours for them to do that. It should have been completed in 2 to 3 Hrs. max. One guy was very inexperienced and loading very slowly also lifting and dropping heavily and the whole time I had to tell him to be careful. Inspite of cautions from me, they broke some of my stuff and because of this at the time of unloading i had to tell them to leave every thing in the garage as I was afraid they will break further more in the new house.
They got a smaller truck and were not at all professional and spent a lot of time loading slowly and made 2 trips instead of 1. I paid by the hour and they were not worth it. Never will I ever use this company nor would I ever recommend them. These were contract workers and they were horrible.

They definitely made my move less stressful. The owner Mike is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and was very responsive. Marcial is the best. We tried using a different moving company and waited for their arrival for hours, and they called to try to reschedule our move at the last minute. We arranged our whole day for this and took off of work. So no, that wouldn't work. We called around and Entrust Movers was able to come out within the hour and get our move done in less time then we originally anticipated.
The movers were also friendly. We are thankful that we were able to find a great company to get us moved. I will be recommending Entrust Movers to all my friends and family or anyone asking for movers.

I haven't even moved yet (which is why I cant give them 5 stars) but I enjoyed my brief convo with Mike so much that I had to leave a review. He was very informational on things that needed to be touched on and made sure to text me to let me know what time the movers will come and that he will call a day ahead. I will make sure to come back to write a review about how great of a job they did with moving my belongings! update: I am writing this 11 months later because I forgot. BUT. I am moving in a few weeks and have scheduled my movers with Entrust Movers again!

After Mayflower no showed on us twice, we contacted entrust movers. They showed up when they said they would, packed up our furniture very well and moved everything with no damage, and also very fast. There was absolutely no hassle in setting up an appointment and Mike was very quick to respond. I highly recommend this place and I'll be using them again.

These movers were GREAT. I mean super professional, fast, efficient & nice. The owner Mike is super professional. His follow-up is what actually went a long way with me. He called to discuss my needs. He also called to confirm the job and he checked on me before the movers arrived. Chris, Andy & Andre are the BEST moving crew I've ever had. I will definitely use Entrust Movers in the future and if possible I'll request the exact same crew. Thanks guys. Job well done!

I had a positive experience with entrust movers. I was given a time frame of 1-3 and to my surprise the movers arrived shortly after 1pm. They worked quickly and were very thorough. The movers were careful not to cause any damage to walls as they moved large items. No items received damaged, also dressers and fragile items were wrapped in packing material.
They made my move a quick and easy process. I will definitely use them again in the future. For a one bedroom apartment with living, dining, bedroom set and 10-15 boxes it took 3 hours total, this includes a one hour commute time. It helps to have all items packed as well as disassemble any large furniture.

Worst experience ever. The movers said they didn't have time to put our boxes where they went in the rooms so they packed our boxes in the garage and brought all our furniture into the living room and said it was too heavy to carry upstairs. Leaving two disabled people to carry boxes and furniture upstairs.

The website was very easy to use. Mike answer the phone very quick to answer the phone and he was very polite so professional. I needed to move the next day. That wasn't a problem, his crew to good care of and my baby grand piano as well. The move was quick and pricing was amazing. So 5 stars all the way. To Everyone, Mike is your man if you need to move. We had a cross-town move to a new house and the movers were absolute professionals. We were impressed with their hard work and efficiency. We spoke several times with the manager about a difficult, large and heavy piece we needed moved, and the team was able to get it up two flights of stairs and around some tricky corners. This was our 4th time moving this item and this was by far our best experience. The rates were reasonable and the team was great. We’ll be hiring Entrust for our next move.

Entrust movers came on time and they were very nice and efficient! I didn’t have a lot of furniture to move but they took their time and moved all of it quickly. Both of the young men were very nice as well. The price was the same as they quoted me on the phone and I appreciated that. Very honest. I’ll recommend them to all of my friends. After calling 3 different moving companies and getting quotes based on there 2 hr min in price range between 230-270 to move 1 bedroom set from the Galleria area to hwy 6 I Found these guys willing to do a flat rate for 175 to move my bedroom set . The delivery driver called before they showed and got right to work they even padded and plastic wrapped the furniture. I will use them again for any small or large move I may have in the future.
