Major Moving Company

This was my second time using Major Moving Company and would highly recommend them! They were on time, communicative, and incredibly efficient. They moved everything from our apartment quickly but with such great care. Daniel, Sargan, and Amin were truly amazing. They're clearly pros and didn't struggle moving anything. They knew how to disassemble and reassemble anything that needed it. I'm still amazed at what a wonderful job they did.

They even organized my hanging clothes with such care--it looked like the home edit! Moving is already stressful enough -- use this company to ease that stress! The person who scheduled everything, Diana, also makes it an easy experience. She responds to emails quickly and calls back immediately as well.

Amazzzzing help moving! Last minute, same day, team of 5 - all so great. These guys, Gabriel, Sasha, Alex, Vlad and another were quick, mindful and communicative. The woman scheduling the move was very informative as well. Very grateful to have the team take care of furniture moving out and storing in their private storage facility. They are pros! Couldn't have made anything happen without them. Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue. I was moving 5 months ago and I was really concerned because I have a lot of high end furniture. In the past I have moved and had bad experiences with hiring people. Furniture would be dinged up and damaged and even some stuff had came up missing. These guys were super efficient, friendly and just put me at ease. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move and want peace of mind.

Gabriel and his crew were phenomenal. I asked for an extra guy to get the job done fast and he wasn't needed, they're fast. Gabriel and his men kicked ass and I would highly recommend. Ask for Forman Gabriel.

Received great service from Gabriel, Daniel, and Vlad from the Major Moving Company team. They were very careful with our furniture, helpful when walking through all of the moving details, and understanding when we had cats to take care of during the move. Overall great experience, will be working with MMC again!

Highly recommend! The Major Moving Co served us during our recent move and we have been very delighted with the service. The staff was friendly and careful with our belongings. We'll definitely refer to them again for our further moves.

This was our first experience with using a moving company. I hired Major Moving Company based off of positive reviews, just a few days before I signed a new lease. The entire transaction was stress-free and smooth. No surprises rate and nothing was broken. They were amazing today for my move. They were quick and efficient, but not rushed. They took great care of my belongings and my building.

Great service we've received! We booked them to move our 1 bedroom apartment last week. It was very easy to make an appointment and they were very clear with the pricing. Moving day 2 movers showed up on time, started moving out very quick but careful. From beginning to end they both worn mask and gloves. We were not quite ready but they wrapped, boxed, tapped everything up! Nothing was damaged. Very professional and great customer service. Thank you for making our move easy!

The movers who handle my work are professional and courteous and do a better job. The best experience using Major Moving! Made my move so effortless and easy! On the day of the move, they were scheduled to arrive at the right time, and they actually called in to ask if they could arrive too soon, which is amazing because I was ready to move to my new apartment.

They took away everything I had. Nothing was damaged. They provided large furniture and mattress bags my mattress to ensure everything was protected. The movers were very nice and professional, I would 100% use them again next time and would recommend them to all my friends.

There is no hidden fee they gave me a free insurance certificate. The move was so smooth. Every penny is worth it. Nothing was damage. This is a great company and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I moved from studio city to Brentwood and major moving company was so professional , fast , organized, polite and clean I would recommend them to any one moving. This moving company is the real deal! I 'moved too many times to count, and can honestly say that thanks to MMC, this was by far the best experience. They excelled from start to. Finish. I got a response to my online inquiry in less then 15 minutes. When I rescheduled my move they accommodated my needs. They showed up on time with a huge, immaculate truck.

Not only were they punctual and polite, but they were extremely kind and worked, for 6 hours, at the speed of superheroes! DJ, Destin and Alexander worked fast but carefully. They attended to details and showed impressive respectful teamwork. I could not recommend them more highly!

Thank you for making a stressful day virtually painless. When they came they were really conscientious of the things that needed to be moved and the other items in the house and made sure nothing got damaged. Major Moving moved my master bedroom is a beautiful solid wood set and heavy. The team carefully disassembled the set and moved down the winding stairs without a scratch.

They also assembled to my liking in the new villa. Overall moving two bedrooms, 3 TVs, dining room, living room, patio set, and over 25 boxes (mostly fragile) was no easy feat and they did it with a smile on their face and fast! Thank you again.

My family needed to move from Sherman Oaks to Woodland Hills. Me and my wife called a bunch of moving companies, to get a few quotes and compare prices. We chose Major Moving Company based on the reviews (here on yelp btw), and the fact that they have fixed price per hour. Movers really did a great job! Three of them showed up at 6:30 in the morning and got straight to it. Movers knew what to do, packed up my place and loaded the truck, which took a few hours. Delivered unloaded and places everything where we wanted them to.

That was my third time using a moving company. The one I used for times provided so so job to be honest, so I went another way. These movers didn’t disappoint me. Thank you guys so much! Especially Forman Robert. Hope we don’t move again, but if the day comes we’ll be sure to use your movers again!

I rarely write reviews about used services, but with regard to these studio city movers, I cannot share the experience of the appeal. I've used Major Moving Company two days ago and must commend them on an extremely pleasant experience. The crew of movers was needed when my family decided to sell the house and move to the new and biggest one in the neighboring area - Canoga Park.

The question was not about a long way to the destination, it is located only in half-an-hour out of Studio City (our place of residence) as about safely and timely executed moving. Why I mentioned exactly these aspects you'll ask. First of all, like any person, I wanted my stuff to be relocated in one piece. Besides, everyone at least once faced or heard that there are movers who are working very slowly, faffing around, and then deliver you a bill with a huge amount in it, and more than that most of the times with higher sum than they said at first.

There is nothing like that in this studio city moving company! The movers were punctual, respectful, and completed the task within 3.5 hours. Everything was done quickly, clearly, and with no hidden prices. Only companies like this one will become successful. I recommend everyone to move with the studio city movers. Also, I'd like to say thanks to Diana, who is the manager of this studio city moving company's office. Thank you for the quick response and for the responsive team. As they say, the success of the whole enterprise is in a good leader.

We used Major Moving to move from Santa Monica up to Santa Clarita. To start, their prices are unbeatable for the services they provide. We had an incredible process! Vicente, Alex, Rami were all completely professional and the they treated all of our items like they were their own. They showed up right on time, they worked very hard and were very courteous. We couldn't believe how quickly they unloaded the truck once we got to our destination. I would completely recommend them and if i could give 6 stars I would!

We all know moving is stressful, compounded by a new job stress, and moving to a new city. Needless to my boyfriend was stressed out to the max. He had nothing but horrible experiences in the past with movers. Things where broken, damaged, or never arrived. Me on the other hand have had nothing but amazing experiences with movers and this move was no different.

They where on time, cordial, and respectful of our things. If we told them about a box that was fragile or something that needed extra care, they listened, and took extra care of the item. In fact, they put things in the cab of the truck. We had no hang ups, missing items, nor was anything damaged. It did take longer them 6 hours instead of 4 hours, but that’s because we used 2 men instead of 3 men. There were no hidden fees. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

I am very satisfied with this moving company! They took care of all my belongings from reseda to Sherman Oaks without any damages. There were 3 movers who handled my things carefully and answered all my questions thoroughly. i was worried about a new bed I recently purchased but to my surprise there wasn’t even a scratch on it! Compared to other moving companies I’ve worked with before. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to move because they were very professional and helpful to me.
