Road Haugs Moving & Storage

This was the most professional, punctual and friendly service. We had three moves, two within the state and the third out of state. They showed up on time, took wonderful care of both the furniture being shipped but also our house. I would highly recommend this company and although I have no plans to move again in the near future I will keep their number close for any future moves.

Had a great experience today with Road Haugs. The crew was on-time, professional, and easy to work with. They were careful with every piece of furniture (wrapped everything) and careful of all walls and floors. Will highly recommend in the future.

Working with Shannon the team at Road Haugs was awesome! From the first request for a quote they were very responsive. Scheduling was flexible and easy even though I had to change my date a couple of times. The pricing was very competitive and reasonable. The moving guys were professional and courteous and helpful and efficient! No complaints at all and I highly recommend this company.

They took good care of my items. 2 large sofas and an large old rug Pickup and delivery both went smoothly. I don't use checks, so it would be nice if they offered an electronic payment method! That would be the only request. I had to get cash to pay because I didn't have a check.

This is the second time in 18mo that I have used Road Haugs and, yet again, they have not disappointed! They are very responsive and responsible with my things. They worked the entire time they were there (about a 10hr day including an hour travel). My husband went and got them lunch so they could eat and they maintained a positive attitude throughout the day! I would absolutely 100% recommend Road Haugs Moving and Storage to anyone looking to move!

We used Road Haugs for our recent move and they were incredible! They were able to schedule us with very short notice and accommodate multiple pick up locations and we couldn't be more pleased with everything. When I moved from Georgia, the movers were disorganized and the cost was outrageous. Road Haugs was above and beyond that experience 100%. These guys were great! They moved our furniture into a POD in our driveway so we could refinish our hardwood floors and then back into our house. Both crews were fantastic! Protected our furniture and house. Reliable. Professional. Strong! Definitely recommend!

Dear Potential Customers, As a recent customer I am sharing with you a note I sent Shannon at Road Haugs. This follows their move of my 100 year-old-plus piano, which I was donating to a small local church. There were a couple of unexpected hiccups on the part of the recipient that really unsettled me and my husband, but I needn't have worried! I had planned to pack up my 1-bedroom apartment and have Road Haugs move my furniture and packed boxes to my new apartment. unfortunately, I was hit with a bad case of sciatica and, at the last minute, asked them to pack up for me too. Joe, Zach, and Matt showed up right on time with pleasant attitudes and immediately got to work after introducing themselves.

All three worked hard and met any request with a smile and a "no problem" reply. They packed up the entire place, stopped to drop off some junk, drove to the new place, brought the furniture up and placed it, assembled the bed, and stacked the boxes. Signed, sealed, and delivered in 6.5 hours of steady work with a couple of 5 minute breaks. Shannon answered every question I had prior to the move and after the move.

I doubt there is a more pleasant and hard working team for moving. As far as price, it was reasonable for the amount of work done. I paid an hourly rate and box costs which included packing. I saved money because I had the original TV boxes. If you want a good economical move, pack your own boxes first. But either way, you can't go wrong with the team at Road Haugs. Road Haugs moved our seven foot Steinway Model B concert grand piano 135 miles. They were extremely meticulous, skillful, and professional. The piano arrived in perfect shape and is now happy in its new home. Road Haugs should be the first choice for anyway needing to move a fine piano.

We used Road Haugs this weekend and they did a fantastic job! The crew got the job done faster then we expected too. Very professional company that obviously knows the ins and outs of moving. Will use again if we ever need movers!

Very professional, courteous and efficient. They moved furniture from two houses to one house in a very short time. Everything was wrapped and we didn't sustain any damage to any of our furniture. Would highly recommend them for any moving requirements.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I can't say enough wonderful things about this small business that takes pride in the service they offer. Everything from first contact to schedule to being all moved into our new home was seamless. Professional administrative staff who communicated efficiently, was proactive in preparing us and followed up to ensure our expectations were met. Shannon and Bruce are awesome!

Please view my pictures. They were diligent in protecting our things. I know things can happen but NOTHING was damaged. They kept a steady pace, communicated with us throughout and were overall very pleasant. My husband is excited to not only use them for a company move but request the same crew!

This is a wonderful moving company. When I called to schedule an estimate Shannon got someone out to our apartment in a timely manner. Can't say enough about Shannon...she was great! Bruce came to the apartment and gave me a tIme /cost estimate. He was knowledgable, personable, and answered all my questions. We scheduled the move. The day of the move they showed up when they were supposed to and moved quickly to get all our things into the truck.

At our new home 20 miles away they again moved quickly and efficiently to get our things in the house with only one e ding to my master door frame. I called Shannon and sent her pucs of the minor damage and she had bruce call me to set up a time to come to the house. He did a great job sanding and painting the frame to get it repaired. I was happy with the repair. I will be using Road Haugs again to move our things from our storage unit next month!

Fantastic customer service! Needed a piano mover and these guys were great. They showed up on time, had the needed equipment and three super friendly and courteous movers. Seriously if we ever need to move the piano or the whole house of furniture I'd call them again. They were recommended to us by the previous owner of the piano and it was a great tip!

This is absolutely the best moving experience we've had. Shannon and her team are top notch. Setting up the move was quick and easy. We did everything electronically, including the inventory list. Estimate was reasonable and accurate. Packers and movers were extremely careful. Loved that they can store the items at their facility until we have our plans in place.

Floyd and his team were A+. This was honestly the 1st move we have done, and we've moved over 10 times that we didn't have to worry about our movers. They made the experience fun and their performance can not be out done. Great service and punctual what more can you ask from movers?

Great experience from start to finish. Quickly responded with a very reasonable quote to move a Baby Grand Piano up to the mountains. Were flexible with scheduling, and arrived on time. Very professionally packed and loaded the piano in no time, and quickly unloaded at the destination. Extra care was taken on reassembly, even handling a minor repair.

Road Haugs rocks! Their professionalism, carefulness, promptness and friendliness are unmatched. They moved my family out, stored our goods and then delivered them to our new home. Nothing arrived broken or unaccounted for. No stronger team exists. Heavy furniture and large cement planters up and down stairs. Nothing was too heavy or cumbersome to move.

We were moving a whole house and this was our first time using professional movers. From start to finish the whole experience with this team was great. Russell and Shannon made scheduling smooth, estimate was very accurate, communication was clear, and they addressed all of our questions. The moving team was on-time, courteous and professional. They worked hard and quickly, didn't waste any time while at either property, and the final move time was an hour less than the quote.

Additional expenses for special items had been described before-hand (tv boxes, etc.) so there were no surprises and the final cost was well under the quote which we appreciated. For our first move like this, we were very thankful for how stress-free and easy this team made it for us and we cannot recommend them enough.
