We are totally satisfied. The quote was easy to receive and all our questions were answered promptly. The 3-man crew, (Franklin, Don, and "T") was exceptional -- on time, professional, efficient, friendly, courteous, and they took great care with our possessions.

Eddie and Bradley were TOP NOTCH movers! We were so lucky to have them! They were punctual, efficient, fast, and really sweet! We moved from the second floor to the third floor, and they didn't even bat an eye! Really impressed by them both!!! Highly recommend Copper Palm and especially Eddie and Bradley! (Also, not one single thing was broken!)

Copper Palm was absolutely wonderful! The 2 guys (Frank and Jason) we had were awesome and were super fast! They moved all of our things with care and the gentleman, Scott, who booked us was very responsive. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using them again!

The price was fair, they were up-front and honest about everything, my things arrived intact and in great shape, and their movers in both states were efficient, courteous, and overall total pros! Found this company on Groupon after receiving some pricey quotes from other local companies. Not only were their rates reasonable, but Jason and Franklin were extremely professional and handled our furniture with care. They also were very mindful not to track dirt through the house with and very patient as I asked them to rearrange some things. They also very kid friendly! I'd recommend them to any one.

Used Copper Palm this past week to help with a large move. Truly loved the experience: 1. Super easy to book. Ben was able to get me a quote within 30 mins. 2. Movers came right on time and were nice, careful yet knocked it very quickly. 3. We had a big fridge upstairs with a L shape staircase. My wife and I were so nervous about them moving it yet they took their time, moved slow, communicated the plan and executed it flawlessly. 4. Once we got to the storage unit they were careful and helped guide the best way to secure everything in the units. All in all- great job! Highly recommend them!

These guys were awesome. Very personable, helpful, no complaining, no foul language (which I have experienced with other movers) would love to have them again! As usual, top notch!

I've used Copper Palm twice and loved both experiences. We had Josh and Eddie help us yesterday and they were willing to stay 1.5 hours after our scheduled end date. They were quick and in a great mood, which really helps the stressful moving experience.

Moving is awful. It doesn't matter how organized or minimalist you may be, it's always going to be a pain in the rear. And when you're not organized nor do you have a minimalistic bone in your body like myself, it's soul crushing. Which is why I love the entire Copper Palm crew. These guys are amazing! They show up on time, they move like the wind, they're somehow able to carry things that are easily three times their own body weight...and they're nice!

They can take (and give) a joke without breaking stride. Instead of doing one big move, we needed it done in a series of steps, and CP was so helpful with strategy and implementation. The initial portion was moved into their storage warehouse for two weeks (a godsend for "staging") and then delivered to our new house after closing. When it came time for the rest of it to go, they came over early one Friday and had everything from clothes and artwork to chairs and china packed by early afternoon.

They were back first thing the next morning for the actual move and we were sitting snug in a new house full of all our cr@p by evening.

Were there a couple of small dings along the way? Of course! Because that's what happens when you move! But this crew of guys work hard, work carefully, work thoughtfully and work intelligently. I just wish they'd wear back braces and take more water breaks.

Those young men! Wow! You are blessed to have them and I was blessed also. They were in good humor even with the heat and difficult work. They are trustworthy, hard-working, worked well with each other, and were courteous and well mannered. You are fortunate to have them as your employees and worth every penny you pay them (maybe more). You can bet I was pleased and will certainly recommend you.

Jason and Brandon were professional, friendly and efficient. They took the time to wrap and tape the furniture and were super easy to work with. Our move had many moving parts, moving some furniture from one apartment to another and then to a different location. I would highly recommend Copper Palm especially if you have Jason and Brandon.

Shawn and Jacob were my movers. Very efficient and moved quickly and carefully. A few minor chips and scratches. I expected a few minor things but nothing major. Very reasonably priced.

Phil and Jason come out to help pack our kitchen for our move. They were extremely professional and friendly throughout the two hours they were here. They were more than willing to answer any questions I had and responded to all my requests. I would definitely reach out to them again if I need any help in the future.

I requested a quote and they gave me a number right away to my email. It was also the most reasonable one I received by far. I called to schedule, and the owner Maddy was friendly. The day of the move the movers came with the truck, moved all of our things, and were done before the estimated time, so it ended up being less than our estimate. Good, hardworking guys.

I'm sitting in my new apartments 5 minutes after my movers left to write this review. I purchased a Groupon to move from South Austin to Round Rock. Two guys arrived promptly at 9 and worked so hard to get everything moved quickly. I was in a third floor apartment and they never complained once about having to walk the stairs. Instead they kept saying how perfect the weather was for third floor move.

They work extremely professional and efficient. I couldn't believe how quickly they got everything done all the while joking around with each other with a smile on their face. I will definitely use them for my next move and will recommend them to everyone I know.

They did a great job for us. Polite, professional and worked so fast. They wrapped every piece of furniture we have with care. I've hired movers in the past that were so slow I ended up dragging half my stuff out to the truck ramp just to get them to load up faster. The Copper Palm hourly rate is very reasonable and these guys were worth every penny! Thank you Anthony & Matt so much for making our move day so easy.

What a breath of fresh air! Boyfriend and I moved to Austin from Southern California and were exhausted from getting in late. Next morning I called around to over a dozen places and no one could help us unload same day. A friend on social media referred CP and they were here in less than an hour. 2 young guys, Charles and Anthony, showed up professional, worked fast, and were so friendly! Coolest guys ever. Very impressed with Copper Palm Moving. The office was very accommodating in getting our move scheduled and called a few days before to confirm the scheduled move.

JT and Rem were extremely kind and considerate with our move. They arrived early and began promptly. I appreciated their overall positive attitude and consideration as they handled our furniture and boxes with care. They also moved all of our things in a reasonable time frame. I would recommend Copper Palm to friends and also consider them for future moves!

Aaron and Eric moved me from south austin to north austin yesterday. They made my move seamless EVEN WITH RAIN! I appreciated how respectful they were, even calling me ma'm. I added an antique dresser with mirror to the move and they moved it to the new home with flying success. I really feel like Aaron did a great job leading the duo! His experience in helping people move was obvious!

Thank you. Now for constructive criticism. There are a few things that they did not take, granted the items were open topped fabric cubes rather than boxes, but I have had movers in the past that take control and make it happen. when I asked if they could take a large box of paper Eric gave me a look that made me ask him point blank, "is that too much of a hassle" and he said yes.

So by the end of moving things out of my house I feel like they were just ready to go. And so we went. Maybe having a few of those big open top boxes that they used for some of my things would have solved my poor choice in packing. :)
They were quick to arrive at the new home and quickly unloaded. I was moved and quite a happy camper! I will totally recommend Copper Palm to friends and family. But if you're not a perfect packer then request those big open top boxes they have!!
